He said he's not doing 275 anymore; he's going 308. Should be a helluva showing. Amazing, to think he's my age and just in a belt and wraps.
 
Someone give me an idea for SSB squats tonight. Last week was a top set of 5, weeks before that were all light trips for a bunch of sets.

Multiple doubles in the low 5's? Top set of 3? Dunno.
 
Wrapless most likely. I'll contemplate wraps

Found this from well over a year ago. Video says 515x3 but I thought the bar weighed 85. Final set was 492x3 in wraps.

You should have seen my Oly squats tonight after my explosive work. The 5th (last) rep of both sets were the finest good mornings you've seen in a while.

295 was a technical failure. I had my feet set under me too far and lost drive and I flared my third rep.

I decided on ring finger on ring for my competition grip.

Natty- He has an awesome wrapless squat. I believe he held the WR for his weight class for quite a while. Used to be an Olympian as well.
 
Bench is NIIICE! You're right, just a tech failure on the 295, it was cruising right along. Good to see you're holding together, too!
 
Thanks, man! Was short on time after pressing though, had to breeze through the rest.

Dude you need to try the pressing with the kettlebells hanging on the bands and holding the bands. Just used the 41" monster mini's, doubled them, and slipped em through the bell handles. Normal mini's hung too low with the weight. My shoulders are exhausted from it.
 
I like it. I just got my short minis in, so I'll try them on Monday or thereabouts. I'm committing to extreme assistance volume and repetition festivals like your bench training, see how well I maintain while my pec is strained.

Nice. Those would work well just choking them to it.
 
Chains that don't deload fully and hanging KBs off bands is great for shoulder stability, killed my pecs and tris too last time I did them.

It was hard getting it moving off the blocks. I got nervous of 615 so I widened my stance and it only budged an inch. Instantly moved my feet in and broke it easily. Lockout wasn't my favorite, but this is a PR for straight weight off blocks.

And **** stiff bars.

Thanks guys. I just feel like form is beginning to click on the two now that I'm focusing on those two lifts over just my squat. It's hard to focus on all 3 at the same time.
