Thursday 111/6/2014 Dead Lift Day

Deadlift
W/U 115lbs x5, 140lbs x5, 170lbs x5
Set 1 200lbs x3
Set 2 220lbs x3
Set 3 260lbs x6

Accessory Work
D/L 140lbs (5x10)
G/M 105lbs (5x10)

Notes
2 scoops of BCAA+SAA used during workout.I am about to make a sacrilegious statement here in regards to this product.It works as good as (-)-epicatechin did for me with endurance.I have used 2 different -(-) epi products and I am getting the same results with BCAA+SAA at 1/2 the price.
Solid reps/weights on the 260lbs!! :)

I have used 4 different Finaflex products now and they all worked great.I recommend them to family,friends and fellow AM members.I am glad the G8 flavor taste 10 better.

I miss taking the weekends off, but love the extra time and energy I have from extra sleep.

Same here... and the fact that I don't feel as rushed when I lift on Sat/Sun

Monday 10/10/2014 Bench Day

Bench Press (3x1)
Warmups 95lbs x5,115lbs x5
Set 1 150lbs x1
Set 2 170lbs x1
Set 3 190lbs x2 My 1RM is 195lbs

Assistance Work
2 Board BP 115lbs (5x10)
CGBP 95lbs (5x10)

Notes
I did use 2 scoops of BCAA+SAA during my workout.I should have made my last set 200lbs to see if I could have got it clean.

I am beginning to notice with G8 that I am waking up about 5 hours after I fall asleep extremely hungry.I have been leaving 16oz of milk with a scoop of UP to drink in the fridge.After I do drink it I am able to fall right back to sleep though.Is any body else noticing this?

That's your body saying you need more fuel for the Gainz you're making with solid sleep. :D

I have not had that happen either... but nothing wrong with some protein mid sleep!

I haven't either. Although I hate even getting up to piss at night, I am too lazy to make a shake to drink haha.

I feel I could have got the 200 but don.t want to risk screwing up my shoulder.

I have not had that happen either... but nothing wrong with some protein mid sleep!

I wake up straight ravenous. It gets ridiculous so I know your pain (literally)

Set 4 PR attempt with 285lbs=failed

Squats 105lbs (5X10) ATG with 2 second pause at bottom

Notes
Still going strong with 2 scoops of BCAA + SAA.Now Finaflex reps where can I get the best deal for more BCAA+SAA?

The biggest thing that I am noticing is a boost in endurance and less soreness the next day.IMO it is better then -(-)epi for endurance and I have tried 2 different products.I have yet to use my Follidrone though.

1. I am getting a stim like boost and thanks to snagencyV2 I understand it is a cellular energy boost.
2. I am noticing my endurance is improved with my accessory lifts.
3. Recovery I am not as sore the next day and being 48 this is a huge positive for me.
4.The taste is a 10/10.I never used any BCCAA product and can't compare taste but this stuff does taste pretty good.

This pretty much sums it up to what I have noticed so far.

The ONLY BCAA product that tastes good IMO. I used to take plain BCAA mixed with water during workouts and the taste was terrible. Didn't expect it to taste good but it tasted horrible and I continued to choke it down during workouts ...... until I came across FINAFLEX and got a taste of BCAA/SAA !!! Good stuff ;)

I agree with TKC432. I used to always hide my bcaa's in gatorade. Those days are long gone!

I use to use recover pro. After switching I prefer BCAA SAA. I have a f**k ton of alpha amino samples I'm going through just cuz they pack easy in my lunch box. Also a good flavor, not really a blend I would vouch for however

Ya the lemon was too tart to enjoy daily, the price was right at the time however :)
price is the reason i use it, but the bcaa/saa looks within range.

Recover Pro had my teeth sensitive all the time. Someone else on here, had the same issue.

Notes
I used 1-1/2 scoops of BCAA+SAA today and that leaves me with about 3 scoops left.I also have 5 servings(2 scoops) of G8 left as well.

Ok let me ask you this in regards to APE,have you used the powder version.It is BOGO.also did you dose it at 5 on/2 off?
I am going to do the MASS 550/APE stack.
i've used both the powder and caps, nutra ran a special on the large bottle of caps, before that the powder....i stocked up.

mass 550/ape is fantastic, imo.
