adrenosurge

Just a quick bump on an excellent product at an excellent price! If you're taking more stims just to get you through your workout or day, or if you'd like improved sleep, then this should be at the top of your list! You just can't beat this price!

indeed...adrenosurge isn't going to add 50lbs to your bench or put 20lbs of solid muscle on your frame, but even natural supplements [particularly stimulants] can take a toll on the body, not to mention the everyday stress of life in 2014. adrenosurge is definately worth a try at $16.50 + 10% off, imo.

Absolutely! The Ashwagandha by itself is worth the price of admission, IMO!!!

Does it have any interactions with Zyban (bupropion) ? And wouldn´t be the improved sleep benefit more related to a drop in stims instead of using Adrenosurge ? Not saying that Adrenosurge doesn´t help sleep, but sounded like a improvement in the sleep quality is more an effect due to a drop in stims

I'd expect the sleep quality to be from the relaxation effects of the ingredients.

Being more relaxed when you go to bed helps you fall asleep faster and achieve a more restful sleep IME.

As Jim said, I believe the ingredients themselves are responsible for the increase in sleep quality. In my case, I never have stimulants past the early morning anyway, so they don't affect my sleep at all. When AdrenoSurge was added in, the sleep quality was noticeably increased.

I figured I'd ask. I can't say for sure whether it's the AS or something else. Right now I'm taking Sustain alpha, Two teaspoons of red maca dosed separately throughout the day, Phytotest, Endoamp and toco. I'm good with all those others but this is my first run with AS. I started Monday regular dosing scheme and then yesterday I took three, today I'm back to orginal dosing. I guess I'll wait and see if it lets up tomorrow.

Keep us posted, man :) I'm not too familiar with so me of those supps. Has your diet changed lately?

Same here. No noticeable "effects". 1 am and 1 pm. I am more sluggish in the AMs and I feel that I'm sleeping "harder". I'm 2 weeks in.

lol...sleeping 'harder' IS an effect, a desireable effect, imo.

Okay, so it's not the AS. I'm not prone to headaches......ever, so I thought it strange that I got one after I started taking it. Come to find out it's the sleep stuff I'm taking which contains Valerian. Valerian root is just a natural type of benzo. Their mechanisms of action are basically the same. I can't tolerate xanax either.....it gives me headaches. Problem solved.

i am very happy to hear that, thank you for letting us know!!!

I´m using just one cap a day, post workout. Generally, since I do cardio after weights loaded with a heap of 20mg of yohimbine, I get jittery as hell and by the time I get home, I´m in pure agony. 400mg L-theanine on tea + 1 cap of Adrenosurge I´m in heaven again.

glad you found what works for you!!!

Good to hear bud!

Isn't that pretty obvious? Better sleep and better effect on less caffeine... Are you supposed to use for something else?

you would be surprised how many people buy products expecting results the product wasn't intended for.

2 weeks and you haven't noticed any effects? maybe try going to 3 caps?

I've been at it five days or so. I don't notice a decreased need for stims, actually I notice myself wanting them more? This stuff kind of calms me down too much. And sleep wise, it's weird.....it's like my dreams are super intense and vivid. I can't tell if I'm just thinking these things or actually sleeping. It's kind of interfering with my deep sleep, which is really what I wanted it for.

you have to reach deep sleep in order to dream. if you don't enjoy vivid dreams, try dosing earlier in the day or just 1 cap a day.

Has anyone ever dosed two at once, in the evening?

i don't see any issues if you want to try. i always experiment with my supps.....i have been as high as 6 caps on adrenosurge.

What was that like?

4 was great, better effects from stims and sleep was much improved, but 6 wasn't worth it...bottle ran out very fast and effects just weren't improved enough over 4 to justify. 4 is my 'sweet spot'.

2 and 2 with the dosing scheme?

I take just one cap in the evening, it works for me: calm me the f down after a whooping 20mg yohimbine and other catecholamine boosting goodies, and make me able to concentrate on mind-demanding tasks after the workout.
Maybe if you take a mild dose of GABA with the evening cap, it might synergize better with the unparallel formula of AS.

Man.....two is the sweet spot for me. I am CALM, and focused. Completely content. Nice.

I did throw in an extra 500mg of ashwaganda....

glad a little tweaking did the trick....adrenosurge is a nice little inexpensive product...you just have to remember that one size does not fit all!!!

I might have to give that a try sometime. I've only done 1 in the AM and one before bed.

After running this for a few weeks, I actually feel I need more stimulants. This stuff calms me down......alot. Jumped back to one every 12 hours. Effects feel like they build over time.

cummulative effects are common with adaptagens. results will vary, tweak dosing and timing to suit your needs!!!

My point being this is something that is advertised to help you GET OFF stimulants. In my experience, I don't see how that's possible with the effects of this product

It's not to get you off of the stims. It's to help reduce the amount of stims you need. Basically helps a cup of coffee actually have a little bit of an effect on you. Lol. I know for me it improved my sleep quality big time.

Right. So people trying to get off stimulants or cut down would find this product helpful, because as it states, it helps you need LESS stims. It's helped my sleep too, but the calming effect is almost too much for me. I find myself turning to stimulants more because of those effects.

I think it's a great product and it's effective at increasing sleep quality and making you more calm and focus, imo. For the price, can't beat it. I just don't get the need less stims thing here.

not everyone is going to react in the same way.

I'm still not getting anything from this product... I think it's wrong to say that "it's effecting people in different ways" when it's labeled to do 1 thing? Then it's should say "it might work but it won't work the same way on everybody IF it do work" on the label...
