Article: Proper Form on Some of the Most Fundamental Exerc

Hmm Im guilty of tucking my chin to chest when I shrug, cuz it feels like I can lift contract my traps better. Built some decent traps, but maybe try chin up for 6 months and see.
 
Why is this called "Proper form on...."? It should be called "What Dorian Yates does for...".

It´s proper form following his logic.

An experienced lifter should know how to tweak certain lifts to facilitate their build.

If you're training as a bodybuilder, things become much simpler if you keep the following in mind: think about what the muscle(s) is doing rather than what the weight is doing. Your training the muscle, not just going through a motion. As a bodybuilder, the weight should only be a means to an end. It's such a simple idea and makes training much more effective.
