Rob112^3...That means cubed guys. See what I did?

3 board is a judgment call imo if u have long arms or need lockout work it's good but for me it's 2 board at the most

We don't pay you to think capo. We pay you to tell me if getting knee sleeves is a good investment

Send Anderson powerlifting your money right now! Haha. But really, I love my SBDs. They are almost 100$ I think, but they are well built and mine don't show any signs of wear. Gives me a little bit more pop out of the hole and keeps the knees warm and juicy.

Are SBDs comp legal? I'm generally a wrapped comp guy, but still curious.

And DMax, I saw the sling shot ones but it is too soon to know how good since no reviews. That said if the price is right I may go that route.

I also need more nose torque...if only I could get both at one place :(

They are I believe some comps count em as wraps though. They are IPF legal, I know that.

Ipf legal and everywhere I've seen.

Also 3-board has to be close grip for me or it's nothing haha short arms for life

If you don't compete USAPL/IPF, I don't see why you would buy SBDs over a cloth single ply sleeve like EFS Heavies. More than half the price, better durability, easy on/off. USPA legal.

Interesting Nomz. I'm not married to just doing any one federation. I've only done WNPF, but I got a buddy who does RPS, and guys at my gym are now IPA or USAPL.

Are the EFS heavies, off the top of your head, legal in most comps?

Guys, great app for dissecting our videos for free. It's called Ubersense. Check it out. I'm loving it.

It's pretty boss. I have a newish phone so I don't have too many great angled videos for it, but the ones I do I am noticing little things I never would of. Its solid!

I know they're at least USPA legal, not sure on other Feds but I imagine most will allow a cloth single ply sleeve. I know USAPL and IPF require neoprene.

First rep bar was too far, plus the ripped callous was messing me up. Plus I gotta say, I get hyped up for top sets sometimes and it is hard to match on the drop set. Invalid Link Removed last few of the top set. No hammy pain again!!!!!

SGSLDL

205 x 3 x 5 from 8-9RPE
May take these out. I just felt like I was compensating my form a little. Contemplating another row here. Not sure. Suggestions welcome!

Enjoy the weekend fellas! And I hope I heal up okay for SKWATZ tomorrow haha

That's all. Took a lot of time messing with form. Went to the pinkieless grip on squats and it feels good on the arm, but different. For some reason it brings my comfort grip out some, and the bar a little lower on my back. Overall I will move forward with it. Bench wasn't bad for no spot or liftoff. Working on form with that by trying different feet placement to get them a little flatter. It was ****ing hard! Haha also still messing with pinkie on the rings on some sets vs ring on the rings(what I usually do/did).

That's all and stay classy

Your bench is getting better, Robbie. I took a peak back in your log and you've seen some serious gains.

Fuk not having a lift-off though. I can't do it

Thanks man.

It does seriously waste a lot of energy, and on top of that I feel there is a risk of losing upper back tightness.

Nice work man, I've been externally rotating my feet on Bench, felt odd at first but it for sure gets my lower body tighter.

Not a great day but I accomplished the most important part so I am happy with that.

Thanks buddy. My estimated max the last couple of weeks has been 480-485. We shall see!

Bet you can get a bit more with the right peak week and especially if it's at a meet. Prob closer to 5 plates.

Deadlifts look solid (finally got to watch the vids).

You noticed it but if you fix that neck position you'll be in great shape to kill some PRs.

Good liftin man. Told ya your deadlifts would feel great after that time off!

I should have never doubted you big guy!

Thanks again for checking it out. Funny think is I don't even feel it. More to work on!

I usually look about 6' in front of the bar on the floor and don't look up until I start to grind. You'll see a good improvement quickly without the crane.

Thanks for tip! I noticed I was doing that today - had I only read this yesterday...

250 x 2 and lost it! Pissed watch the video. First 2 reps flew, on the third notice how I flare early and lose all leverage. My man Joey looks surprised I needed the help...I was two. I waited like 2-3 minutes and did
250 x 3@9
I know I definitely had the freaking weight, and I think the video backs my feelings

Great progress happening. I dare say I am regaining confidence in squats. I am on pace to beat my June numbers wrapless by 30 lbs...granted it didn't happen yet AND it ain't on the platform so not the same deal. Still excited though. Tomorrow is the last day of this low stress week.

My man rob raises the bar yet again nice squats bro

U definitely had that bench like u said just lost the groove. Watch that bouncing thou

Thanks DMax. And yea I definitely should of had it. If it was too much I wouldn't have tripled it a few minutes later. It got over my head and it was basically headbanger or fail lol.

And I was just so focuesed on speed that I should have been tighter(as being cued to me), which would have had it not bounce like that.

Thanks again brother man
