We don't pay you to think capo. We pay you to tell me if getting knee sleeves is a good investment
and juicy.
I'm sold.
Are SBDs comp legal? I'm generally a wrapped comp guy, but still curious.
And DMax, I saw the sling shot ones but it is too soon to know how good since no reviews. That said if the price is right I may go that route.
I also need more nose torque...if only I could get both at one place![]()

Nice skwatin', Rob. My gym has a 6 board. No idea why, lol.
Pretty sure Anderson has Tork for sale at their site and fast shipping.
The Tork or sleeves?I'm gonna have to get some before the meet.
The Tork or sleeves?
Gotcha. I was about to say no sleeves in APF.Tork.
If you don't compete USAPL/IPF, I don't see why you would buy SBDs over a cloth single ply sleeve like EFS Heavies. More than half the price, better durability, easy on/off. USPA legal.
Guys, great app for dissecting our videos for free. It's called Ubersense. Check it out. I'm loving it.
Been using it for my clients for awhile.![]()
Interesting Nomz. I'm not married to just doing any one federation. I've only done WNPF, but I got a buddy who does RPS, and guys at my gym are now IPA or USAPL.
Are the EFS heavies, off the top of your head, legal in most comps?
Woo no pain!
Your bench is getting better, Robbie. I took a peak back in your log and you've seen some serious gains. Fuk not having a lift-off though. I can't do it
Congrats on the PR. 500 is around the corner with those kind of numbers!
Thanks buddy. My estimated max the last couple of weeks has been 480-485. We shall see!
Bet you can get a bit more with the right peak week and especially if it's at a meet. Prob closer to 5 plates.
495 or bust
Good liftin man. Told ya your deadlifts would feel great after that time off!
Deadlifts look solid (finally got to watch the vids). You noticed it but if you fix that neck position you'll be in great shape to kill some PRs.
I usually look about 6' in front of the bar on the floor and don't look up until I start to grind. You'll see a good improvement quickly without the crane.
