I weighed in at 258 this morning. I am planning on lifting in the 242 weight class next weekend. I have cut down from 250 to the mid 230s in a week, so I believe that it can be done, but does anyone have any techniques that can be helpful.
Yea, I normally follow a routine where I eat nothing but chicken and asparagus or broccoli the week before meets. I take dandelion root, cayenne, and caffeine pills to help excrete as much water as possible.
Yea, I'm not looking to lose 15lbs a week for weeks at a time. Right now I'm at 258 in clothes this morning, and I'm almost positive my scale is wrong. I'm cutting all carbs now and have a meeting with the sauna Friday night.
