Getting itchy to start my cycle. Every time I open up my cupboard I see all my supps just starring at me.

I didn't know you were running Oral and TD Tren, I must have missed it..

I usually start downing fish oil and cissus when the joint pain kicks in, helps somewhat, but never as much as I'd like..

Most definitely bro. Depending on how busy I am at work tomorrow, I might start it up than. Just provide all my training and nutrition information that I will be doing throughout the cycle.

Thanks, Goliath! I actually added dt after a few weeks. All the pills were getting to my stomach. Now, if I could just figure out how to keep my hand from turning yellow...

Yeah. Dermatren is yellow and it stains the calloused on my hand yellow from applying it. Kinda weird actually.

I wear gloves to apply any TD products, your hands are lousy for absorption..
 
Arm day Monday

I bought some PES High Volume and took a scoop of it this morning pre-workout. That stuff rocks! I was feeling like crap this morning, but still got so pumped it felt like my skin was going to tear.

Supersets
DB twist curl
Skullcrusher
90 sec rest between sets
10 sets
Curl 5reps@45, 5reps@40, 5reps@35, 5reps@30 - all 10 sets
Skullcrusher 15reps@75 - all 10 sets
I bumped skulls 5 lbs this week.

25 reps of ezbar curl @ 75
25 rope press downs @ 45 - tri's were pretty shot even before I started this set
5 mins abs

I ran out of time and had to skip the cardio today. :-(

I can't wait to bust legs tomorrow with a little High Volume!

Yeah. I was writing a note to a fellow employee this afternoon and my forearm cramped on me. That usually only happens to me in my chest after a brutal chest workout. It's a love/hate thing for me. Hate the cramps, love knowing I killed it in the gym!
 
Those are the kind of pumps that make you almost crash your car on the way home lol

Yeah. Makes it hard to shave too! I missed a few patches, but missing a patch around the Adams apple sure beats the alternative!
 
Yeah buddy, love volume arm days. Only way for me to train them. Blow 'um up!!

And you know we all do it for that little bit tighter feeling when we put on our shirts...
 
Hit legs today:

Supersets - 10 sets, 90 sec rest between supersets

DB front squat - 6 sets of 15 with 45 lb dbs, last 4 sets of 15 with 50 lb dbs
Seated leg curls - 10 sets of 12 at 80 lb. I was at a friends gym. Our gym is opening late today because of Veterans day. His leg curl machine is a little wacked, so I kept it a little lighter so I didn't hurt myself.

Finished with 25 leg extensions @ 110 lbs (I could have gone heavier, but this was on the same wacked machine...) and 50 one-legged standing toe raises (on each side). All in all, not the best leg workout I've ever done, but I got a good pump and a little burn.
 
thank goodness I just read your post before I headed to the gym. It reminded me that today is Veterans Day. With that being said, my gym, which is on a military post, it's closed today. Have to drive a little farther to go to another gym that I'm a member of that is open 24 hours
 
I'm trying to just stop wearing shirts.

All you need to do is just paint your chest green. You're so swole, people will understand!

206 lbs
Just under 13% bf

I started at 200 and 15%. So, it looks like I've lost a few lbs of fat and gained about 9 lbs of muscle. Not too shabby for an old guy!

Btw, the dhea patches from AgeForce really rock. My energy level has been great lately.

So, it looks like I've lost a few lbs of fat and gained about 9 lbs of muscle. Not too shabby for an old guy! Btw, the dhea patches from AgeForce really rock. My energy level has been great lately.

I think I have about 4 weeks left. I'm going until I run out of pills... luckily I don't have Goliath 's stash...

Now if I could just dial in my diet, stay consistent and kill sessions like you, I'd be golden lol

For me, dieting makes lifting stressful lol
I like to pound the weights, feel the burn an go eat a massive meal.. This is my hobby and what I like to do, so I'm happy with it..
 
Chest and back day! Lovely and brutal all at the same time!

DB Bench press

Got all 10 sets of 11 on pull ups pretty easy. I should have weighted myself for these today.

DB Bench 4 sets of 15 @ 70, 6 sets at 65. I only got 13 reps on last set. Chest was toast!

25 Incline press @ 105
25 seated cable row at 150
Abs

I got kinda pissed about the chest part of my workout. I'm not getting the gains I want. I'm at 60 epi and 120 tren (60 pills, 60 derma). Should I bump one of these? I'm not having any sides, I'm just not sure which to bump...
 
Get it brother! I'm taking a break from chest for a week to let my shoulder heal, but it's already 100% better!

Great to hear, Tom! I actually got my workout posted above now. I think I'm gonna mix up my workout again for next week. Maybe work in some negatives like Kleen is doing.

Dang man! That's a lot of DB presses right there! Good work! Yeah I got the MI40 program and did biceps last night, and they're actually sore today on half the volume I was doing, plus my tendons feel good. Normally after doing my biceps I can't flex the next day due to tendon pain, so this program is going to help me a lot.

MI40 program was great, but the MI40x program is next to amazing. Keep killing it bro
 
Cool man, I'm planning to run MI40 twice then get MI40x!

Ok. You guys are making me jealous... I may have to look into it for my Christmas present to myself or something.
