Just got my bottle today of follidrone quick question should I take both pills 45-60min before workout or one pill with a high protein meal and one before 45-60min before workout and since I'm doing a 3 day split Monday wedensday and Friday on my off days when should I take the pills 1 morning one night??
 
Both 30-45 before workout. Keep it simple on your off days and just take it when you normally would take your vitamins/supps.
 
No, you can run it without the break if you choose. The most popular protocol does seem to be the traditional 8/4, though.
 
hey kisaj, whats the general feedback in terms of dosing 2cap vs 3cap or more /day?

Stick with 2. A few people chased the results they were getting on 2 by upping to 3 and 4, but did not notice benefits that would warrant recommending upping the dose.
 
Might try dosing both caps preworkout with my second bottle, been doing one in the morning and one preworkout with great results.
 
I'm running follidrone and most wanted next
I'm running most wanted now and really enjoy it. I will run it with follidrone in the future. Seems like a killer stack.
 
how long have you been running most wanted and what have you seen from it so far
first week. Enhanced recovery is most profound currently. Weight is same but I feel fuller and harder. I'm expecting it gets even better with time.
 
I've been alternating 8 week runs (week off between each run) of Follidrone/ABE and ARA/ABE with ridiculous results. After three years of not lifting I was sitting around 180lb/20% and I'm currently 195lb/12% after six months of being back in the gym.

The ABE keeps the gains lean and allows me to get in calories with a typically weak appetite.

ARA? And nice nice I'm 18 and love food I'm sure gains will come i have the genes of an animal I grow quickly haha I'm already lean so just looking to add some mass but stay lean at the same time weighed 170 before football now at 162 looking to gain weight back and more
 
ArA is some good stuff a lot of good reads about it here, and sns has it as well in our product xgels. Mainly good dieting and a solid workout routine will yield the best results for someone your age.

Follidrone is a killer product. I'm sure your loving it. It increases Follistatin levels which is an antagonist to Myostatin, and myostatin promotes muscle growth. So overall you should be gaining muscle on this product. haha. Its not too bad on price either. You can check it out over at strong supplement shop if anyones interested.

I'm debating using it for a 8 week cut, My instints say it can't work that well but I trust brundel and pictures can't lie, its that or osta.

For a cut, I say stack the two. It would be awesome. Just be careful not to get carried away with the strength increases and injure yourself

If I could increase strength on a cut that would be sick haha, maybe squats and deads. Who knows though. Very few people seem to actually train strength. See a lot of guys on grams of gear benching 300. So maybe ostarine could be enough to make strength gains.

You can gain strength on that stack easily even on a cut. I don't train for strength myself, I'm more of a volume lifter. As a volume lifter though I noticed the increased performance on this stack.
