That's putting in the work there brother! Good work!Friday's Workout: Supersets DB Lat Raise Face Pull LR 15@25 (ea db) <- All ten sets FP 2 sets of 15@50, 2 sets of 15@60, 6 sets of 15@70 Arnold Press 1 set of 25 with 30lb dbs - This pretty much sucks after the supersets. Weight feels really light, it just won't go up and form gets pretty sloppy. Abs - 5 mins 20 min's treadmill Nice pump today. Starting to feel the change of going from Msten to Epi. I think I'm liking Epi better...

Wow, he did great on the menu for sure! Your raising him right!Speaking of school food, my eldest son (16) is a junior in high school. He actually designed a menu for the school lunch for a day and then had to supervise prep, create the food order, etc. Basically, it was his baby. This is what he came up with: Beef Kabobs (2) with beef, onion, pineapple, and green pepper 1 cup brown rice with lentils 1/2 cup cucumber salad 1/2 cup green salad a dessert kabob with kiwi, strawberries, grapes, and pineapple drizzled with chocolate and served with a greek yogurt dipping sauce. And all that for $4. That was the best school lunch I ever had.
Thanks man, I've got to get my high volume back/biceps on today! Kleen is the man! It's good having him on here, he's so full of knowledge. Thanks, Tom! I'm just following in your footsteps! Now if I can get my diet down like Kleen, I'll be in good shape...

Me too! Glad I found this site for sure! I'm sure your son is proud of his dad for working out so much! Boys always look up to their dads, and for dads to be in shape and strong solidifies them as heros to their sons! Your doing good man!I've been working out for almost 10 years and had definitely plateaued. I'm glad I hopped on AM. Everyone is great on here and so willing to help. It's amazing. MrKleen73 is definitely one of those that only likes to help, but shows us how it's done. Thanks for the compliment on my son. He's a great kid... er, young man.
3 girls! 10,7,& 5! A world of drama at my house, lol. Thanks, Tom! Do you have any kids?

Haha, that's right! My wife says why do you workout so long, lol!Lol! No wonder you work out. You need it for sanity! Too much estrogen. Lol Just wait until they're teenagers and they're all on the same cycle. You're going to have to find somewhere to bunk 1 week a month. :run:
Haha, that's right! My wife says why do you workout so long, lol!
Yeah, and as far as all that estrogen, I may just swap out there lotions for transForm!Yeah. They just don't get it sometimes. I think they like the results of the working out, they just don't realize the price that has to be paid.

Haha, yeah!Lol! Or at least rub it around your doorposts!!

I thought when you first started this log you were running all 3 together. Until you said the other day that Msten was ending and Epi was starting. But Tren the whole time right? And if you like Epi now, wait a couple more weeks!! How are you dosing it?
I hear ya man, yesterday was my leg day and wife's birthday so no leg work out for me too!Well, I had to miss my leg workout today. Had a dang meeting at work at 7am. Since the gym opens at 6, I got left high and dry. I'll try and make it up tonight, but, I'm a single dad and probably won't have time. Maybe I'll at least do a little at home and make my boys join me! Lol

Grab some cissus out will help out with the joint pain that and up your fish oil. Epi kills my knees but its effective as hell.
So glad to find this thread. I start my MSten, Tren, & Epi on 11/17 and am stocked. Any changes you would recommend as of right now on your stack or are you liking it the way it is?
That looks pretty good, but I think I'd up epi to your full dose as soon as you finish msten. Your already shutdown, so I don't think you need to build up.Understood and thanks for the info and taking the time to reply.
What do you think of this layout for me:
Msten- 10/20/20/30/30/0/0/0/0
Epi- 0/0/0/0/30/40/40/50/50
Tren- 0/90/90/90/90/90/90/90/90
I would be overlapping the msten and epi for one week and running the tren at 90 the start of week 2 for the rest of the cycle.
Also, I'm not trying to overtake your thread
Any input would be greatly appreciated
Sounds good on running the Epi at 50 from start to finish. Im also a volume whore in the gym, so thats no problem at all I have on hand dermacrine, inhibit-p and Elim1nate. Should i run dermacrine and inhibit-p from beginning to end of the whole cycle and use Elim1nate whenever sides show. Im f*@$ing amped to run this. I most definitely will be logging it.

I'll chime in with my 2 cents. I would do exactly that...take the Dermacrine and Inhibit P throughout the entire cycle. Elim1nate every 3rd day 50mg would probably suffice. Would follow if you log.
The reason Inhibit P is such a great profile is not only it's inhibition of prolactin with L-Dopa, but the other ingredients that improve sleep quality and maintain libido. That is why I would just run it from the get go. Pretty cheap product anyways. Combined with the Dermacrine (which I have never done) I would imagine those 2 product would keep most psychological sides at bay. A feel good support team!!DMA378 has been doing this longer than I have for sure. So to be totally safe, I'd follow his advise. Especially if this is your first/second run.![]()
Thank you so much for the input. I will most definitely follow the advice of Dma378. I've had cycles with M1T, Halo, 11-Oxo, Ultradrol, Ultradrol and Dienzone, Mechabol. This is my first time with a more extensive and lengthy cycle. Well gentleman be prepared to follow because I'm gonna rock it
Yes sir, will do. Ill start it on Monday and will have before pics.
how's everything going so far with you in regards to cycle, training and nutrition
It's been going pretty good. I'm a single dad with sometimes crazy work hours, so hitting my macros is always a challenge. But, other than that it's gone well. I didn't get what I was expecting front the msten, but I think I was dosing a little low. The Epi is really kicking in good though. I've been having a little lethargy, so I picked up some dhea patches from AgeForce and they're helping a lot. So, I'm expecting a strong finish this month. I'll hop on the scales tomorrow and check weight and bf and let you know!
You're the first person I've heard of using any of the AgeForce products. So you think they're working? Will be interested to see how they go for the duration. If they work, and they're cheaper than Dermacrine, I may consider a trial run.
Nice. Good to know.Actually, I think they're working quite well. I've been using them about a week and energy levels are really shooting up. When I take the patch off I always look at it and it doesn't seem like it looks any different than when I put it on, but it's definitely working. The lethargy is definitely on its way out.
Nice. Good to know.
I decided to try it on the 2 for 1 promo they have going on. Glad I did!
Which patch are you running?
