Sean's Powerlifting Journey

I wonder if he is at the quads gym by my house. I've been meaning to check that gym out but the hours they have doesn't fit my schedule. It would b awesome to lift in that kind of environment.

Is his total better? I think he has him on squat by a little, and bench by a lot. At the same time Eric I believe is the better deadlift by a decent margin. Either way to incredibly strong dudes.

No, total is Eric's. Kendall's deadlift is a good bit behind, but I'm sure it will continue to improve.

Eric's DL is looking strong but it's a different story on meet day after squatting and benching.

The frontsquat was one of the most impressive things I've seen in a long time. He about wiped is ass with that one. I cheered halfway through the lift :smileeek:

Yeah but keep forgetting to do it again. I don't think I got much out of it, but then again-it was only once. Suposse I should, huh?

It's right around the fibula head. Immflamation settled down, but it's still irritated.

After seeing your wrap the other day, I decided to roll out my calves with my hand roller. Holy. Mother. ****er. I had no idea what kind of crap has accumulated in the area. I looked back on my logs and noticed that when I trained my calves 2-3x/month, I didn't have footing issues since the foot wasn't being pulled into eversion from calf tightness. We tend to bely the importance of calves in PL, but they're still a cog in the wheel.

Well put, dude. I'll roll my calves out every now and then and its disguisting. Of course the second I neglect it, I sprain some shìt. I'll floss it a couple times tomorrow and see how it feels again. The wrap is doing the trick for now.

Weak as **** but benching went well. Couldn't arch after the conventional pulls yesterday but the added ROM was good to have for training purposes I suposse. Playing around with grip widths still.

Wanna make me a bench press plan for Dec 13?? :D

And thanks guys, it was very very refreshing. Heavy. But refreshing.

You'd be impossible for a bro like me to program for ;) I was thinking cube predator for myself, if you think your a/c could handle it.

Just locked the 2nd wk of the Predator in (just running it in conjunction with a fresh Kingpin cycle for dead/squat) and I'm loving it. My bench has been so lousy for so long; I think the extra pressing volume and practicing bench 2x/wk is really doing me good thus far. Love the heavy usage of AMRAP work to autoregulate the volume instead of having me get stupid with weight on the bar. This is definitely geared towards your inner 'powerbuilder' (that term is kinda ghey).

Very interesting...I hope my gym buys one! Haha don't know if I can dish out that coin myself ATM.

well ****! I dunno what size to get. 42 or 43. I like them tight and no toe room, so maybe 42.

this will definetly be my last powerlifting type purchase though. mini-me #2 is enroute so I need to be smart

I got a 42 since I want practically no toe room.
