High 180's down to 153 on the morning of the second pic.. about 6 weeks duration with no dedicated cardio.. supps were alphamine with 17proandro and epi andro.. diet was and still is a high pro, low carb, with moderate fat, a well respected member helped with the diet approach... shortly after reaching 153lbs I fractured my tailbone and am just now getting back to lifting.. continued to diet though with LISS

sucks on the tailbone, sounds very very painful. my dad had that happen to him in HS football (helmet to the ass lol) and said from pooping to sitting in school was just daily torture
 
no doubt... hvac get your self some finaflex muscle fiber.. make pooping a joy. if you have good reading material anyhow.

Yep... ive realized that my bmr is naturally low, meaning so is my tdee... I can bulk on 2500 cals and maintain at 2000... also it led me to understand how carb sensitive I am during cutting... I had high body fat also
 
Good stuff man! Keep it up. Looking lean so far. Pretty vascular too.
 
About 4 pounds heavier.... been using form-xt, test powder, and natadrol... thanks!
 
I was thinking it had something to do with that lol, I always have trouble eating while bulking so might give it a try

I'm 158 now... spent some time in a surplus
 
157 this morning...vascularity in lower abs is starting to show, im taking some time to regroup dieting and training... pure bulk mode is here!
