Grilling broccoli is awesome but very tricky. The florets burn way faster then the stems cook. Gotta keep them away from direct flame or you'll end up with just stems and charcoal

Yep grilled pineapple is prob the best grilled fruit. Apricots are great too.
 
Sorry for the lack of legit gym and diet updates the last week or so... Things have been super busy trying to get my life ready to pack up and move as well as my job responsibilities transitioned. Of course November is a travel party for me too so that won't help ha.

Overall lifts have continued to increase weekly. I'm averaging about 5lb or 1-2 reps extra on all major lifts each week. I'm currently in the second half of week 9 of my training layout. Gonna run to 12 weeks and then probably lower the amount of days to give me more rest as well as free time to get my life packed.

Diet has been consistent at 2600kcals for about 3-4 weeks now. Weight is still increasing slowly so not gonna push cals up again for now. As I have 2 weddings, a weekend at my college to tailgate and thabksgiving, there will be plenty of cheat meals/days thrown in next month to ensure I max out my calories.

Going forward I think I'm going to focus more on my back as I still don't have near the width I want. Legs are really doing well and frankly I'm having a tough time fitting pants comfortably as my giant ass and thighs cause everything to give me a wedgie ha.
 
Sugar cookie and candy corn pebbles would become my only carb source lol
 
he's not a big cake guy, like me. this place has absolutely banging apple crisp so may be that for dessert. or we may gourge on appetizers. i get the same thing for dinner though everytime, its so good

double serving penne, with grilled chicken, their mixed veggies, spinach sauteed in garlic, in a red sauce all mixed up. and on the side, roasted potatoes with basil

Dq ice cream cake is so much better then any regular cake.

I never said I didn't like ice cream. In fact I love it. I said it's impractical to eat in the amount I want on a regular basis. If I had my way I'd have a pint every night with dinner ha.

Man I love that crunchy fudgey goo in the ice cream cake.

Gotta make it cold stone soon as bob always talks about how good their mix ins are and that's my fav part of any ice cream.

This is the only way to eat it as far as I'm concerned.

I once saw a child's dream destroyed as my older step brother waited for the younger to finish all of the ice cream parts, then swifty stole the inner goodness off his plate and swallowed it whole. I swear my younger step bro has never recovered from that. It was like he lost an entire year on that bday.

weighed in this mornint at 143.2.. gaining very nicely and feel as lean as ever. successfull start to the bulk. 155 is getting there!
 
170 isn't plausible by the end of the year unless i want a ****load of fat.... 35 lbs baby steps, slow and steady. 170 is a goal, but not the goal in my sights. lemme get 155 then 160 then 165, then i'll worry about 170

Oh, you didnt specify before the end of the year! I was referring to getting to ~170 before cutting again. Do you have a weight you want to get to before cutting again?
 
Ummm its kind of a wait and see things . I'd hope 160 before I need a mini cut to possibly restore insulin sensitivit . Up to my coah though he decides when I'm getting to fat and we need to do a mini cut.

As for long term cut, not until 2016 when I plan on trying to compet . Dedicating a solid 18-24 months to bulking with mini cuts if needed
 
Realistically I'd be happy with 150 by the end of the year. I feel like I'm tapping into noob size gains from the weight I lost after tommy john

Just worked out and had a quick shake and shower and heading out the door now. Should I pop a recompadrol since I won't be eating for another 60-90 mins? Or will my dose of manitropin and Abe be enough

bump for some advice, gonna be heading out the door soon. prob will be 2 hours post workout by the time we get our food.

and i also wrote it may not be till end of next week. Ellen is a top manager and gets her hands on stuff she wants in her store because she is near the top for management so she does all the ordering for that department. Also depends on location too! some people get it far ahead of others.

No.. why even bother with the shake? plus a GDA post-workout is least beneficial time to take them.
just eat the meal and move forward its a cheat meal. You will be fine.

Stop stressing over a cheat and enjoy it and move forward

now back to my cheat meal :)
 
Being that you had a shake post workout and the actual post meal will be about 2 hours post, I would use Recompadrol.
