Little confused on the timing of taking all 4.....does the below make sense or should anything be adjusted?

Dopadex: 1morn 1afternoon 1 prebed
Chlorotest: 1afternoon 1 prebed

Trib: 4afternoon
Fenugreek: 1prebreakfast 1pre lunch 1 predinner

I would take the trib with food. The rest look good, so what you could do is take the 4 trib with the fenugreek you take in the morning with your breakfast.
