NASTY MASS - DAY 21

WEIGHT - 186

Well, I'm glad I sacrificed a little sleep yesterday morning & hit shoulders & back. *I wasn't able to get to the gym this morning, (got up @*2:30am), & when I get off work this afternoon, we're heading out to Orlando.* I think Tuesday, we're checking into a hotel.* From there, I'll be back at the weights.* As for updates, they'll probably be short & quick until I get back home, next Sunday night.

No pr's yesterday, but like I've been saying, the physical appearance in the mirror is looking good.* Headaches are pretty much a non-issue now, and I'm also on Glucosamine/chondroitin/msm, so that's also helping w/ the soreness.

Arrived safely in Orlando last night. Checking in this afternoon. Workouts start back up tomorrow morning.

Thanks dude. I can't stand taking days off when I'm on. Gotta get the most out of messing up my insides! Lol.

Hit the resort gym the last two days. Pretty nice gym, actually. Db's up to 100's, so we're good. Different type of Smith machine, so it's definitely a different workout.

By no means am I huge. In this gym, with these patrons, I'm a ****ing Dorian Yates!

Missed the alarm this morning. Missed arms. Friggin pissed. With our schedule, I won't be able to get in there today. My wife's in her convention meetings, so I'm watching cartoons with the kids till she gets back. After that, it's back to Disney. ****ing yay.....

I know what you mean last winter I went to visit my sister in AZ she lives in a Over 55 Community, I went to the gym I was about 20 years younger and much larger and stronger that anyone there. Kind on neat being the Biggest Guy in the gym....even if it is at the "Old Folk's Home"

NASTY MASS - DAY 30

Weight - N/A. (I'll get it tomorrow morning upon waking)

So I'm exactly 30 days into this now. I'll be curious to see where my weight is attomorrow morning. I had to get up @ 3 this morning, & getting on the scale wasn't a top priority, lol.. I'm off tomorrow, so won't have to get up so early.

This morning was a pretty good workout. The gym where we stayed last week was pretty nice, but it wasn't my gym.. About the best part of that gym was the seated dip station. I wish my gym had that. Just getting back into my own gym helps me get back into a regular routine.

Strength seems to have plateau'd out on me. Now that I finally have the celery seed pills, I think I may try & get up to 3 pills a day & finish this bottle off stronger. It's been a while since I hit any pr's, and I don't think I've gained any more size. The good thing is I'm not experiencing any sides at all. Libido still holding steady, nip's are feeling fine, no lethargy, and best of all, no more headaches.
 
Once you get back to home cooking and your gym things should sart to kick back up :)

No! I hate it! Gotta wait at least 4 weeks. If I wanna be smart I'll wait 8....idk how smart I will be though

I've got some bottles of Nasty Mass calling to me. Still be a few weeks before my schedule would allow me to even think about starting another cycle. That and my clomid hasn't arrived yet.

I took my 1 pill this morning w/ a preworkout, plus some extra creatine. Strength was great throughout! The pumps were pretty wicked too!

No pr's today, but I'm right back up to my max weights on all lifts. I think I probably could've gone a few lbs heavier on the preacher curls, but wanted to keep the reps at 10 or more, so in that aspect, the reps were used in place of another pr. Next time I hit arms, I'll lower the reps & go for that pr.

I noticed yesterday when I got back into the gym that we aquired some new equipment. I haven't used this contraption since the 80's, but figured, what the hell, why not?

I hit tri's hard with that thing. Definitely a different angle and feel. I liked it. I went very heavy with those. I even used them for a hammer type curls and squeezed out a few sets there.

All in all, it was a great workout! I was definitely in the zone. I noticed towards the end of the workout that I didn't even notice the music in my ear buds.

I have one of those bars I will hit Tricep Ext 15 reps and then rep out hammer curls for about 15 reps...Heck Of a Pump !!
 
Pretty slammin shoulder/back workout this morning. I'll keep it short, cuz the wife & I are fiddna head out & get some shopping done before the churrins get out of school. My wife was talking to me & I had my hands on my hips. She stopped mid sentence to tell me I had something popping out of the top of my shoulders.. Lol.. She thinks my traps are sexy.. LMAO!!

Did legs Friday morning. Had planned on doing squats, but as I was putting my headphones on, I saw some d-bag walk over to the squat rack and begin his arm workout. Blew my focus out of the water and totally pissed me off. I decided to take out my frustration and do deads. I did 10x10. I don't even know how heavy I went, but I was spent after that 10th set. I'm sure I annoyed that dick in the squat rack by grunting and groaning louder than normal. Lol, **** him. I finished off my legs with 3 sets of db lunges.

Took yesterday off and now, today, I'm walking funny. I got of shift this morning and probably should have gone home going to bed. Instead I decide to go try and get a chest workout in. I was tired throughout the workout but forged on and ended up with a pretty decent pump. Sitting out in the driveway right now drinking my protein shake waiting for the wife to let me in so our dog doesn't wake the kids. Going to sleep now.
