I'm on my 7th month of recovering from jaundice with no supps at all and would really like to get back into lifting at full speed, picking up where I left off. I've been adding bcaa's & eaa's along with protien mix to my workouts but I'm all ready, as before so sick of eating huge amino pills. Does anyone have a favorite kick ass powder or liquid amino profile they would like to share with me??
