Supplements for reducing heart rate

Not taking any stims.Week 4 oft PCT after a 6 weeker oft TD trest.Normally i habe 75-80.LVH?

LVH stands for left ventricular Hypertrophy which has nothing to do with your heart rate. LVH is more due to increased bp (hypertension), etc.

Believe it or not making sure you are extra hydrated can help in lowering your heart rate.

This is spot on, drink plenty of water throughout the day.

i will do. and i started cardio again yesterday which i didnt do for months..

Incorporating cardio should help. I was under the impression you were already doing some form of it or else I would have also suggested that.

What has been your weight progression?

What compounds did you run? History of any problems? Family history?

Any other health problems?

I would never feel comfortable suggesting something, as that is something you need to speak with your doctor about, but I'm curious to know the history of the present condition.

Not doing regular cardio takes my high 60 low 70's normal HR and puts it in the high 80's mid 90's. Certain stim will take it over 100. I would do like folks have suggested. Add the cardio back in. Make sure to hydrate and make an appointment to make sure everything is a ok.

Hi no previous conditions.today heart rate was only 73 AS i measured it but BP was higher than usual.no shortness of breath anymore.i assume some lifestyle changes will do me better than starting to take any meds

There could be many factors, such as: weight (bf), age, lifestyle, sleep, diet, stims, stress, genetics and etc... Has your heart rate always been high, or is this something new? Check your lifestyle (diet, sleep, stims, stress) and go from there. If you're really concerned, consult a professional. You gotta have heart....
