About Me: 25y/o, 5`6, 170-175,
Experience: I ran a cycle of Halo-v broke personal platues. Been lifting for 10 years 3 of them are more casual sense gains I have to bite and scratch for. deciding to get serious again.

So here it is. Next cycle starting on sep 15

1-6 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
2-6 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
2-6 Anabolic Innovations Post Cycle Support 120 Capsules

Why are you running halo and epi together? I myself considered because I have them both on hand. But that may be harsh on the liver.
 
Im pre loading with a cycle assist and others have had good gains with it. So ill try it out.
 
Started a week ago. Hoping for to break some platues. Had a knee injury unfortunately. Will post pics as soon as I have 20 posts.

Halo is test based and epistane is a Dht derivative, so both work on different paths, but most would pick a wet compound/dry compound to stack. Using some tudca during cycle should help with liver stress, though that might be the less of the worries, like bp and hair loss.

Op, why'd you not pick a wet compound? You just had surgery on your knee so you could use the extra wetness, because epistane is know to dry joints.
 
Almost 3 weeks in and already beat some PR. Had a few bad days at work and had to step back and assess if it was the supps making me upset or if I was truly upset sense I'm naturally a relaxed person.

Ive also cut my carbs only in the mornings and before and after workouts sense eating too much of them seems to put on a lot of unwanted water weight. Don't know if its my body type, the supps or both.

Started training legs and running again. High reps and only run until my knee starts to tweak.

Now that I think about it. I probably didn't need that much PH. My gains so far have been steady but by no means explosive or anything. Wish I could run more bu the knee hasn't healed completely.

Ill do a more mild stack next time and see If I can achieve the same amount of gains with less. Avoiding carbs for the most part still sense I bloat when I eat too much of them.
 
Libido is down sense off the epi. My boners are soft, taking some arimadex for safe measure. Next time, probably not going to drop off 3 pills suddenly like that.
 
Boners are back :) Does anyone know if its better to use arimadex on cycle other than as a precautionary measure?

Thanks for the info! What do you think about cutting the bridge in half so I could use the other half on a later cycle and use the weeks that would of been the other half of the bridge as non enhanced after the PCT?
 
Deciding on deloading for a week. Which sucks but Ill have one more week on cycle and after that I have 6-12 weeks of SARMS so not too bad. Im used to not taking deload days as a natty but when im constantly pushing the PRs I might need to implement them. Also got some Glycobol in pretty excited for the effects sense Im carb sensitive.
 
Starting the SARMS. Ive actually lost weight but strength keeps going up when I started to run arimadex. Tapering off the halo dont want the lethargy of suddenly dropping off 3 pills again.

Was kind of hesitant about the SARMs when I first started but I can compare the results so far like the peak of my PH cycle but without the joint pain and the irritability. A bit expensive, but am I saving becasue of all the Ancillary I have to get for the PH anyways?
 
Eh, You can run a pretty heavy PH/DS stack with all the best supports and extras for well under 400. minimum solid stacks in the 200 range. really depends on what you run and how good you are at shopping around. Im doing a 3 compound stack with supports, AI, test base, and all my sups for under 300.
 
About to say.. If you don't run anything like trest, tren, etc.. It is relatively cheap. Bare bones: dmz, cel cycle support, nolva. Always could add in some tudca or sns reduce xt. That would be under 200
 
Thanks for the Input guys. The S4 has started to screw with my vision. Not too big of a deal, however the Intermittent insomnia is. Going to try and take the last SARM dosages a few hours before bed instead of right before. Still beating PRs and leaning out.
 
Update, also taking the second dose of s4 during lunch instead of before bed has helped with the insomnia.
