Looks like they changed the formula a little and now its a 2 scoop deal all week long where before it was a 1scoop deal only 4 times a week.

Never had a problem with TT, i still like CL, BB, then Lemon as my top 3, TT Probably 4th.

I mean I take hemavol mixed in with cutler nutrition legend right now, about 10oz of water for the both of them, delivers the exact pump I need.
