NASTY MASS - Day 11

Weight - N/A (I'll try & weigh in*tomorrow*- woke up late this morning)

Like I said, I barely got out of bed in time for the gym this morning.* I'm definitely sleeping heavier on this stuff!* Lol..* I chugged down my preworkout & Nasty Mass and got all my stuff rounded up for work.* By the time I was walking into the gym* (about*4:10am), the tingles were kicking in and I was ready to go.

Today*was shoulders and I had Pantera on the headphones.

Db laterals - all strict form - no swaying or shaking

OK, I was fried after this workout. *The rest between sets was very minimal.* Basically enough to get a few chugs of my water.* By the time I left the gym, (5am) I already had ¾ a gallon of water in me.. *Now, at 10 minutes to 11, I'm at 1.25 gallons.* Very well hydrated!* Lol..

That's the best part of working out that early in the morning. Nobody else there trying to talk to me and slow me down.

I workout at a local bodybuilding gym so they r there morning and evening 2x a day usually. At least I get motivation from being around them lol

I workout at home .... wish there was a 'bodybuilding' gym in my area. Can't stand the only gym I know of that is somewhat close to my house .... 24hr Fitness. Not my idea of a serious gym. Been a long time since I was there .... over 2yrs ..... but last time it was the douchebags standing/leaning in the squat rack texting and trying to look cool ..... I don't have nearly the amount of equipment at home but I don't have to deal with douchebags like these anymore either.

Ok enough ranting. Just took my PWO and gonna hit the iron in a few. Back day. Heavy deadlifts ;)

Yeah the owner is an IFBB pro and most of the guys are either power lifters or swole dudes. I love it

I'm gonna be doing something similar this weekend. Its my youngest son's 11th birthday today. He wants to run to the hills tomorrow.
 
Just got back. Didn't take any pills or cycle support yesterday due to lack of water and too many bathroom trips.

Starting everything back up now. Chest is nice and full/tight from yesterday's workout.

How was the trip with the kids? I just got back from a weekend in the woods with my 2 boys. Can't imagine having a whole scout troop to contend with.
 
The trip was fun. My boy had a blast with his friends. There were over 3,000 scouts there! I think only 3 kids from my den though, and maybe about 20 from our pack.

How am I already 15 days into this?? Time is flying! Well, GNC was about a waste of time.. Good laughs though. They don't carry celery seed.. Go figure. Anyway, the manager was there & he asked me what I needed it for. I told him what I was taking. How is it these cats don't know IronFlex? Anyway, I told him what I was taking & he told me to get rid of that & just go on test & gh.. He was going on & on about the damage I'm doing to my body. I tried to tell him I'm educated enough to take these pills safely, but it went in one ear & out the other. He asked if I was shut down or anything & I told him I was taking formestane. He gave me the most confusing look & told me he's never heard of it! WTF!!?? After that, I was like, OK, gotta go...

Getting back in the gym this morning was a relief.. I guess everyone's different. Everyone needs their fix. For me, it's getting in the gym & putting my body through an hour or so of torture.. Lol.. This morning was legs. I decided I'm not getting enough deads in my workouts, so I focused on thattoday.. I got in 6 sets, all about 12 reps or more. The tendonitis pain in my forearm kind of hampered me a little, but I fought through that. Typing this right now, though, is killing me. Lol. From there, I went to the smith machine & got 4 sets of 15 on squats. I put my feet about 4-5" apart and way out in front of me to really hit the quads. From there, it was bb lunges and then seated calf raises. Gonna be a long, sore day tomorrow, that's for sure!

I'll try & get an accurate weigh in tomorrow afternoon when I wake up. Working nights tonight & tomorrow. If I get enough rest tonight, I'll be hitting back & shoulders tomorrow morning. I'm going to try & dial up the intensity and food intake a little more. I don't really see a whole lot changing in the mirror just yet at the 2 week mark. I'm also going to try & stick w/ 3 pills a day to keep the dose higher and take advantage of that in the gym. I'm thinking the hawthorne berry, agmatine, and cialis have all helped. Hawthorne, I'm doing every day, agmatine, every few days, and cialis, probably once a week.. Can't just be wasting that stuff Lol..

Lol, I know. I never took a nap today, but still stepped on the scale about 3 hours after eating a light lunch. 187.

This morning was awesome! I hit a pr on the db military presses! 75lbs for 3 reps!! Lol, it hurt a little bit afterwards, but the pain went away and I continued on to the laterals. By the time I finished those, the pump was almost silly! I've never had a pump in the delts like this.

After shoulders, I hit back. No pr's, but the lats swelled up nicely as well. I got a few looks at the gas station on the way home.

I even at a ton of pizza last night!!

Getting off shift yesterday morning, I was prepared.. I had a preworkout to take before leaving the plant. By the time I got to the gym, I was wide open!

I hit my chest from every angle, hitting every fiber possible!

Smith Incline (both incline benches were being used & my tunnel vision said hit incline first, no matter what)

Today, the pecs are swole & sore! Loving it! I took this morning off cuz I'm working days all this weekend. I never took a nap yesterday, & didn't get to bed till 9 last night. Had to get up @ 4 for work this morning. Would've been 3 for the gym.

Going in tomorrow morning for shoudlers & back.

Headaches are hardly an issue any more. Every so often I get a little throbbing, but then it subsides. I'm really hoping this starts kicking in some more. I'm eating as much as I can (not terribly hungry like I thought I would be). I've done zero cardio since starting this. I see a physical change, but not on the scale. I'm happy with what I'm seeing in the mirror. Everything looks fuller, that's for sure. OK, time to go bathe the kids & hit the sack!
