Article: 100 Reps to Ripped

Looks pretty brutal. I usually lift with a ton of volume, but I prefer going the other direction and lowering reps / lifting heavy at the start of a workout to progress faster or break out of a plateau. Heavy lifts first, then volume after for me.

I've been doing a 50 rep scheme for a coupe weeks (since my 12 day deload). 1 warmup of 10 then 4x10 working weight. Pretty brutal.

This really does work. Been doin it for about a year now on triceps and now I've added biceps and quads to the list. I highly recommend variations of this concept on the daily if possible.

If ur on gear or peptides, this method is a must for serious blood flow and fascial stretching.

Yea, if using serious gear like straps, gloves, and belt def a must

I like this method with calve raises, i get a sic burn. I think i may try to incorporate a few sets of other exercises as finishers and see how it feels. Maybe one set for muscle already worked during the workout and one for a lagging body part. But you really gotta go brutal in my opinion, i think if you have too little rest intervals that you went to light.

idid leg presses and calf presses last night to 100 and damn near couldn't climb out of the rack!

Did it say in here how long you should use a routine like this? Seems like a skin tearing good time!

I will try that. Have you tried it on rear delts or delts in general?

No, I have huge shoulders so I usually stick with low to moderate volume. I try to limit TUT and usually only include one or two higher volume sets for shoulders. It would work though especially to bring out definition and size.
