OLYMPUS LABS GETTING JD RIPPED WITH DERMATR3N !!

Woah! Strong as heck!

Thanks everyone!!!

I've wanted that 500 squat for a long time!!! Crazy thing is I haven't been training for strength. I really think there is some merit to John Meadows routine though that I had been following. I was thinking that I had done some pause squats like I had been on my bench. I know that is why my bench has went up, because the way he has you do it you stop completely before pushing the weight back up. But after looking back I realized that he almost always has you do squats later in your routine. So I would do the leg press, curls, and maybe ext then do squats. So I was already fatigued when I would start them. Today I did do the leg press first but only used 4 total plates and did sets of 20 just to warm up my legs/hips/knees. Then went straight to squats.

I agree with you about the Meadows routine. 100%

Dang! Looking huge for sure!! Great work!!

Looking great JD. Do you have a training log I can follow?

No. I need to though. I have around 8 weeks to keep bulking then start cutting sometime in Dec to compete April 4th. A log would keep me motivated I'm sure :)

Anybody/Everybody..... That's using any form of test should be taking a low dose aspirin every evening before going to bed, These lawyers seeking all the claims against test is from heart attacks/strokes. Test will thicken your blood over time resulting in blood clot causing a stroke. Be safe and take the low dose aspirin. I learned this from a sports doctor of a major college. A year of aspirin is about $6. You can't afford not to take them.
