Oh yeah!! Now that's an arm workout brother!

It looks like you enjoyed it.

You've always been strong on arms, but you held the stamina like you do on compounds this time.

Today was arms, so assume the next is legs?

Video?

10/03/2014

Up this morning for a 6km run. Today is a rest day. Going out with my wife after work, with another couple for dinner and then to the theatre. Have tickets for 'Book of Mormon' which is supposed to be pretty funny. (made by the crew that did South Park) So we shall see. Theatre can be hit or miss for me. Dinner will be good though for sure!

Legs on tap for tomorrow.

Actually found it nice to not have everything supersetted. I certainly don't get 45 second between sets on the supers... which is probably why stamina held up nice (could also be the big a$$ scoop of Stimul8 I ingested!).

Legs is next yes. It is the same setup as Reactive Pump.

Have fun on the "date" tonight! Stop and get some ice cream too?

Hope you had a great time with your wife and friends!!

Thanks Kat!!!

We had a great time! The musical was hilarious.... rude and funny as hell. And the meal before hand was great. Italian restaurant. I have a thin crust all dressed pizza.. so good.

The carb up with perfect for today's run and leg session too. I could really feel it on my run.

Goo work Simon.

I bet your legs were fried. My eyes kept getting drawn to that 405 x 26 presses. Yowsers!!

And your dinner sounded great too.

What is a Safety Bar Squat? Is it different than a regular BB squat? Seen it mentioned numerous times but don't know the difference.

Killer workout btw!!

Well, never seen one of those...interesting. I'll have to go watch some YouTube videos on it.

Here it's still 17? Celsius, but going down fast:(

Celsius...them damn Canadian measurements
for all the normal ppl, that would be 41 degrees fahrenheit

....Ha! And I like to post my runs in KM's. Looks like I went further!

I'd take that 17... it is about 11 here right now. Which I think is below seasonal. But the whole damn year has been below seasonal...

Strong inclines and six ways Wasme!

At least you aren't posting in KGs too...

Thanks man... chest still pumped hours later... but that I would have to credit Max Pump. Fully saturated my pumps last forever...

I have been known to shovel the drive way in shorts and a t. Neighbours think I'm crazy... and all through my sons hockey, never wore a coat in the rink once lol. Damp makes me cold but that is about it.

Lol. How close to bedtime are you taking STIMUL8?

Strong one-arms. Did you go inside this time?

Strong rows Simon! I can't imagine a drizzle feels too good when it's cold!

Before starting I did a set at 50 from the inside and 50 from the outside. Probably because I always do it from the outside, it just felt better/smoother to me. So all listed sets were from the side.

Took it at 545... plan to be in bed around 12.

Strong rows Simon! I can't imagine a drizzle feels too good when it's cold!

Not at all... I ALMOST put on my running jacket.

hopefully not too close :bigeyes2:

...if too close, I just have a little extra G8... uppers and downers lol

Great looking workout. Those smith rows after the one arms, whew I bet that did light you up!

Haha! I can't do Stimul8 after about 4pm. If i do I can't sleep. lol

Thanks Turff. The smith rows were tough actually. Stimul8 definitely lives up to its name!

Strong rows all around! Running in the cold drizzle doesn't sound fun one little bit! I hear it's warmer in southern Canada! Lol

I am just going to leave this here... what a deal!
