Getting freak nasty on IronFlex Nasty Mass (sponsored)

Ended up taking the day off today. Its my boys 7th birthday and my wife and I's anniversary, so we decide to spend the whole day as family. I left the plant this morning with plenty of energy with intentions of going to do legs. I spent too much time in Walmart looking for stuff for my boy. Before I knew it, my wife was texting me telling me he was awake. I'll be hitting them hard tomorrow morning.

Overall today I felt pretty good. I drink a ton of water last night on shift. I only took 2 pills today. One this morning about 8 a.m. And then the other one about 6 p.m. This evening. No headaches to speak of. My entire body is feeling very full and tight right now though. I'm definitely looking forward to tomorrow morning's leg workout.

^^^ Amen to that brother, I spent the day at the fair with my son and wife. I'm here to tell you without alcohol in my system I'm not near as tough as I thought I was lol some of the small rides had me ready to hurl. Times have changed, it used to be when I was in my twenties there was tons of hot ass that was my age at the fair, now it's a bunch of 13,14, and 15 year old girls with their ass hanging out of their shorts and their breasts literally falling out of their tank tops. The sadder part is you look and go DAM she's hot and then she turns around and you realize crap she's younger than my daughter. :shocked:
 
Yep the days of decency and self respect are all but gone. I know some word argue that its "the style" but when a grown man looks at a kid trying to be an adult and actually thinks that the kid is an adult for a brief moment something is wrong.

Nasty Mass - Day 8

weight - N/A - I'm off tonight, I'll try & get a weigh in tomorrow morning

Well, I think this stuff is finally getting all lined out. The headaches have become less and less, and the ones that I do get, aren't nearly as bad as when I first started. The fullness that my body feels throughout the day is pretty cool, that's for sure. Some coworkers have already taken notice, and I'm only 1 week in!

I did legs yesterday & felt great! I turned up the volume and hit them like this:
leg extension warmup - 2x50 (little tendonitis in the knees)
squats - 1x25, 1x20, 1x15, 1x10, 1x10
leg press - 5x15
db lunges - 3x15
seated calf raises - 3x15
leg extensions - 2x30, 1x20, 2x10
seated leg curls - 1x20, 1x15, 1x10

When I walked out of there yesterday, I was shaking. Today, my legs are sore, but not quite as sore as I expected. I'll definitely be ready to hit them hard in a few days.

This morning's chest workout was a good one as well! I put more emphasis on the upper pec this morning, hitting the incline db presses first.
1x50 warmup
60lbs - 2x12
70lbs - 2x10
80lbs - 2x8
70lbs - 1x10
60lbs - 1x10
Incline bb press
135lbs - 3x10 Nice burn here
175lbs - 2x8

flat db presses
60lbs - 1x12
70lbs - 2x12
80lbs - 2x10
70lbs - 1x10

seated hammer strength presses
2 plates each side - 3x10

cable flies
3x15

Yeah, my pecs are swole right now big time!

Hitting shoulders tomorrow. Now that I'm one full week in, I'm looking forward to the progress both in strength gains and body composition changes. I did notice this morning in the mirror that once again, I'm looking leaner, but fuller at the same time. Might have something to do with last night's dinner too. I ate 2 huge hamburger patties with no buns. So, maybe I'll just keep the calories up, but cut back on the carbs a little bit.

On a side note ever since I saw Kate Upton completely naked in all those hacked pics her swimsuit shots aren’t doing it for me any more. Anyone else in that same boat?

After following all the logs, looks like my next run with a PH will be this one ;) im in pct right now coming off of brawn.
 
I hope you're right! I just ate a HUGE canzone! Like really huge! At least it was whole wheat. Lol.

It is in my list of PH to use, just havent decided on what I want to use next yet. Depends where my size/body comp is at the time and whether im bulking or cutting. Brawn treated me so well, zero sides, about 13 pounds gained. Solid strength gains. May just run that again 45mg all the way through for 6 weeks. No matter what your goals are, you will see good results from epi.

I do love me some EPI.

I'm going to start clean bulking in November after vacation.

I'm pretty set on Dymethazi9e and Tr3st but I might run two cycles over the winter time.
 
I agree on the Epi. I have yet to see anyone not experience gains while on Epi. Did a solo Epi run a few months ago and was VERY happy with the results. Definitely going to include Epi in my future cycles as the base for whatever stack I come up with. 45mg was the sweet spot for me.

Nice! Mine was 60mg.
 
Had fire training yesterday, so by the time I got home, I was too tired to do anything. I did manage to get up@ 3:30 and get a good solid back workout in.

I'm back up to my old pr numbers on a couple of my back exercises, so that's cool. I've changed things up a little bit by starting with dead hang, wide grip pull ups instead of machine lat pull downs. I'm weak as **** on pull ups! I do 3 sets and was only able to get 10, 8, and 7.... Pathetic. I guess I'll stick with those and see if I can get those numbers up.

Got to bed too late last night so no workout this morning. Might have enough energy to get to the gym this afternoon.

Oh, I'm up to 187!

Up four lbs in the first nine days at two caps a day? Not too shabby! Btw is she wearing an Eye patch for bottoms or what?

Starting to look like 2/ed is your appropriate dose. And with the gains you've seen thus far on 2 a day that's not a bad thing. Makes a bottle of 90 more than a 4 week cycle :)
 
I keep trying to make it over to GNC to get some celery seed extract, but their hours suck! I'm off Friday, so I can get some then. If I can get the bp lined out, I'd rather stay at 3 & make them gains.

Ah, no need for me to go to 60 then lol
I didn't get to run it at 60 for a prolonged time, so I'm not 100% on the physical aspect haha.
