Some progress pics. This recomp is turning into a cut. And I have no issue with that. 195 lbs. this morning. Rest day today, footbal and food prep for the week.

Wasn't able to get my Monday workout in yesterday due to circumstances I had to be home right away after work. Damn life not revolving around my routine!! So 2 days rest ready to kill it today. 5 days in a row coming. Will probably remove the dips from the usual workout just so my triceps aren't in use 5 days in a row.

194.4 lbs. this morning. After 2 rest days it shows that I was able to manage the munchies in front of football 2 days in a row. As I'm sure it is with many of us, this has always been a problem for me, bored eating. I'm totally making the most of turning this run into a cut. I'm only making around 2800-3000 cals/day. Yet strength, for volume at least, is climbing. After this cycle I will probably go back to heavy lifting most of the time.
 
Decided to do Incline Bench x 100, mix it up, besides upper chest being an area I'd like to develop a little more.

Incline Bench Press:

Happy with the deadlift strength, but the incline bench seemed like back to square one compared to the flat bench.
 
Feel I have lost a little of the pump I had going on throughout the day and even a little at the gym. Maybe my body is growing slightly tolerant to the dosage. The strength and recovery effects of the Osta are what shines through the most at this point. Plus an overall sense of well-being. Will be increasing the dose to 25mg next week. Hopefully that will bring the pump back.
 
What's anybody's thoughts on adding a bottle of Iron Legion X1 KT to the last month of this run since it has become more of a cut? Might as well cut like a champ. Have done a bit of research on it, but see only a few suggestions here and there that it may go good together. But there is a little debate of what has synergy with any SARMs. So if anyone can give me opinions, experiences, or some science as to why or why not that would be great.

not sure how it would be stacked but I ran it solo on a cut and was extremely disappointed. Gained some muscle hardness and vascularity but that's it's. No strength and no increased fat loss it actually stalled my fat loss somehow

Interesting. How many bottles did you run?
 
Oh GVT? :) I love me some volume, but never tried 5x5 out though. You have some solid maxes too looks like, love me some heavy ass weights as well.

I'm curious of why you picked osta and epi to recomp? Osta is good but I think I will keep it for pct and stay with strong stuff for on cycle.

Seems good for LBM gains dosed at 20 mg and above. And to be honest I was only 5 weeks out from my Epistane/Tren cycle and wanted to keep it mild. Osta will still suppress but easy to recover from. It's working quite nicely I must say.

Ah yeah man gotcha. I am the same just got done with a dmz/m1t oxime cycle like 7 weeks ago. So wanted to do something mild as well. I was speaking more if you were trying to go full blast and not mild, but I understand you are now. If I was going for recomp and full blast , probably just go Msten,Dmz, tren, dermacrine, or just plan old test e, but I'm waiting to pin till I'm a bit older haha.

Sounds good :) I'd stack it with something more anabolic though, not sure on the ratio on stano. I got mainly strength on DMZ, did get some lbm.
I keep redoing the setup. All I know is DMZ for sure. Want to keep it dry. No Trest. I hold water very easy as it is so it is always a battle even natural. And wifey no likey the pin so Test injections are history.

Great feel-good pump today. Feeling full yet light at the same time if that makes any sense. Vascularity is sweet!! Probably ate 300+ grams of protein today. Catered BBQ at work for a celebration lunch and all I ate was 2 plates of straight meat. On top of turkey and eggs for breakfast and chicken and sweet potato for dinner.
 
Ran 2 bottles for 6 weeks... there was another log on AM where a few other people had the same results
Well I already ordered a bottle. Can only afford to run 1. If anything just a little added cutting to the end of this run. Hopefully I don't get the same poor results you did.

Not sore today. Not enough volume!!
Arms are tricky like calves. I like to do a heavy weight I can only do like 5 reps with and than pick a weight I can do 10-15times, just go back and forth between those weights and do a 21 at the end or drop sets.
 
Indeed Ostar1ne is doing it's job...for the most part. There was no way I was doing 100 squats yesterday. Back was still too sore from Tuesday's deadlifts. Sore all the way up through my shoulders. So it has me thinking about placing a rest day between my 2nd and 3rd volume workout, just to let the back be ready for squats. And then no rest between workouts 3,4 and 5.
But even on top of the soreness I dragged myself to the gym for an unmotivated workout yesterday. Simple leg day. A little fatigued from work I think. Been working over 60 hours a week for a couple months and it catches up sometimes.

Much more enthused workout yesterday. After dropping several pounds over the past couple weeks with the clean diet and reduced calories, I have stalled. And in the past 2 days am back up almost 2 lbs. And this is with eating as clean and light as I have been. Obviously, a couple pounds is hardly enough to account for much, but we'll see if it's a trend.

Decline Bench was occupied the whole time I was at the gym yesterday, so I did them on the decline iso-machine. Just not the same, but whatever.

Have yet to utilize the decline bench.. It just looks like the oddest **** I've ever seen. I probably should tho.

I just started using it and I love it. Read an article here on AM that got me going on it. I always thought it was specific to the lower pec, but it also stimulates as much upper pec as incline, but less delt. And I just love the weight you're able to rep on the decline.

I will do some more reading on it, seeing as I already do incline and flat I thought most of my bases were clear. Notice any difference in pec formation or body from starting to use the decline?
 
Actually yes. Upper chest is one of my weakest (appearing) areas. I am noticing a separation at the lower part of the clavical between my upper pecs and front delts. It provides an awesome pump too.

I like the Zerchers. Will go heavier with them next time. Workout set up is this:
Mon-Wed GVT style.
Fri-Sat Strength

10 x 10's
Mon: Bench Press / Deadlifts
Tues: Pull ups / Should Press / BB Curls
Wed: Dips / Squats

Fri: Chest / Back / Biceps
Sat: Shoul / Legs / Triceps

Even on volume days I throw in accessory movements to fill the voids though. And Abs wherever they fit in.

I think I have enough nolva for 2, maybe 3weeks at 10mg, I'll run that along side alphamax daa and elim1nate. Has it killed your libido or made you hold water at all?

Libido seemed elevated until just this week it has kind of disappeared. I have had days where I felt bloated starting around week 3. I have been hitting the Aromasin EOD sometimes 12.5 mg sometimes 25 mg. And it's knocking the water retention down. It's obviously not as bad as PH's but just a bloated feeling.
