Cycle Notes: Nothing new to report, ive been on aromasin for a few days now and my signs of itchy/sensitive nips. The DR gave me prednisone for my poison ivy rash, but I think that interacts with what Im taking, so I wont be taking it lol. I had a terrible lower back pump again, 6g of taurine isnt enough!!!

Have you noticed much size difference from this or is it mainly strength?
Also hows the Libido on with the trest. I am really looking at it as a test base since Stano did me no favors on my last run.

Honestly I am not noticing much for a libido increase, it's always high lol. I am slowly leaning out but people at my gym say i am getting bigger. I definitely blow up in the first 2-3 weeks on trest. Now I will be slowly increasing the dose as stated on my first post. My goal is to increase strength without getting too big, and lean out. So this is working well for that. I'll have a better idea after another week or two. I may take measrements this coming weekend.

A good back workout for today. My back is still a little tender/tight from earlier in the cycle, but it is getting better. Besides the fact that my weight is going down, not much else to complain about. I wish my strength would have shot up faster by this point in time, but I still have 6wks.

Today also started 60mg of DMZ instead of 40. Epi is at 45, Tr3st is at 25mg pre workout and Trest Ace is at 75mg a day. Exemestane is at 12.5mg a day, nipples are a little puffy and possibly a bit sensitive, so I upped Exem to 25mg for the last 2 days. I may try to use TransForm again, now that my rash is gone.
 
It you want big arms go heavy on chest and back then smoke them out after. Thats what I always do :smoker:

That's a good idea. I may have to implement this into my PCT to keep my arms growing. Honestly I dont hit arms very hard, but people have been commenting on how much bigger they look.

had a crazy arm pump and basically zero carbs for the day. very good workout, especially since I havent done arms in a while.
 
So I returned a bottle of OL TransForm, well the product leaked out in shipping, so I wont be getting a refund. WTF am i supposed to do now??? Also my first bottle of TransForm I started using again and it is really hard to pump, the liquid is clear when it comes out but inside the bottle is still cloudy. Dafuq??? I hope the new bottles have been revised. So now I pissed away the cost of one bottle and the pump from the second bottle.

I was shipped a empty bottle of dermatrest, friggin 80 bucks worth, luckily they hooked me up with a new bottle.

Weighed in on Day 55, 233 at roughly 16%. That is a 10lb increase in a week at about the same leanness, I'll take that. This week I will up my carbs and lower my fats and see what happens. Only other things to note are I get crazy pumps, lower back, forearms, arms, calves and feet. I'm at 6-10g of taurine a day and that doesnt do a lot for the back pumps. Also my front delts get tired if i let my arms hang down for an extended period of time.

4wks left of this cycle. Trest Ace was upped to 100mg a day and DMZ is up to 80mg a day. The pumps are effing crazy, almost to the point of hurting.

Cycle notes so far, I'm having some terrible back pumps, arm pumps and calf pumps, My taurine is at 10g now so I will up my sodium intake and will see what happens. Other than that, i seem to have severe mood swings A LOT. I can be flying high one minute then on the verge of tears the next minute for no real reason. Im not sure what is causing that, but I will post my supp doses tomorrow with an update. I have a feeling PCT is really going to suck.

Im using 1mg of Liquidex along with 25mg of exemastane in the AM, and if I remember Transform in the PM after my shower.

My nips are not as sensitive anymore, and I want to keep em that way.

No, I think they've been really bad for the last 3 or 4 weeks, thats when i started using taurine. I wanted to see how long I could last before using it lol. Im upping my electrolytes and i'll use aleive or ibuprofen to no avail. I drink over 2 gallons a day, so no worries there. I have 3 wks left, so i'll handle the back pumps if I keep getting stronger lol.

The beginning of the 5th week I dropped my fats in order to up my carbs, thats when my weight took off! In 2 weeks ive put on nearly 18lbs! I hope I can keep most of it in PCT. I went from being able to fit in medium dress shirts to larges now dont really fit lol.

Nice. I would say a good majority of that weight gain is glycogen being stored but keep plowing through and lifting heavy ass weight and you should be able to turn that into some solid mass

I know you're right, but i dont want to accept it lol. I wish it was all muscle haha. Come PCT, I plan to keep my carbs as high or very close to where they are now.
 
18lbs in 2 weeks thats sick man! I know Rich Piana put out a video on 30lbs in 30days, but couldnt believe it.

I know right, some people are so dumb. I'll probably re-arrange my carb timing to maximize everything and utilize some GDAs.

Why not run DMZ at 40/40/60/60/60/80, use up the entire bottle and utilize DMZ's GDA properties. I'd personally would run tr3st at or over 100mg myself, you could do 25mg +TD in the morning and 50mg pre-workout. Good idea on starting osta early as well, I did a similar thing.
