Formestane!

Aromatase inhibitors do not suppress estradiol as much in men as they do in women. If you are running aromatizable compounds like testosterone for TRT It is safe to run an AI all the time as long as you moniter your bloods and it doesn't hurt your lipids too much. In fact this will help prevent side effects and can improve health in many ways because an excess of estrogen can be linked to many negative health issues. Even not being on trt it can be beneficial but you don't want to have low levels all the time because this can cause some problems as well. So the best way to dial in the proper dose is to have blood work done and be consistent with AI dosing so you know where you stand. I prefer suicidal inhibitors like formestane or exemestane over arimidex or letro because they don't effect my lipids as much they seem to keep me more consistent estradiol wise and they act as a mild androgen so I get a little more of a hardening effect in my opinion.

Using Formestane...
Delete the intracellular, extracellular water, or both?

If you use in a diet high in carbohydrates,
We know, when carbohydrates are high, moisturize right muscle, muscle glycogen is more saturated, and it has that lovely muscle fullness to behold, both visually and mentally and. ..

My fear is,
using Formestane (which I realized that is stronger than Arimistane),
I also remove the intracellular water...

I explained the mechanism?
Lowering estrogen, you have a diuretic effect high, ok,
but the intracellular water is eliminated?

Thank you
Sorry for the fuss,
I'm trying to understand everything.
