PCT DEMIGOD!!

Hey guys, been a couple days. Was busy with work and school and took a couple days off. Started a new program that mixes PHAT, with some push pull hypertrophy.

Bench Press Machine

Giving my shoulder a little break

Shoulder didn't feel too bad on these

Tricep Pushdowns

I think I'll like the new workout routine. Gives me a little bit of change but will still be hitting my big compound movements. I'll probably back off of the amount of weight I'm pushing just a little bit to give my body a little rest. I'll be increasing the volume slightly.

Overall, been feeling great. Only got a few days left of Nolva and will just continue on to finish up my Ep1c and DermaStrength. Still holding steady at 192-194 lbs which is fine with me. Looking leaner.

Well yesterday was the last day of Nolva, so now I'll just continue on with my Sup3r PCT, DAA, Ep1c and DermaStrength.

The new workout is definitely a nice change and makes it a bit more interesting again.

I'm still feeling great, no sides, and just making sure I'm getting my macros and weights in. Constantly prepping for my next cycle.

These have always been weaker for me. Should was a little stiff after the dumbbell bench press so I stopped at 135.

Overall, a great day and still hitting some PRs!! Weighed in at 194lbs but I seem to be losing my pump throughout the day. Dang it!

I finished up my bottles of DermaStrength and 1 bottle of Ep1c. I have one bottle of Ep1c left.

Off day today.
 
Going into my third week of DermaSTREGTH and I am really starting to see the pumps and fullness throughout the day.

9/25: I was going to do legs but I got asked to sub in for a flag football league and DESTROYED my legs.

9/26: Well It was supposed to be legs day but my legs and lower back was flipping dead from playing flag football. I haven't ran like that since the military...

Ep1c + DermaStrength Combo

Effectiveness: 8/10
- I give it an 8 because I didn't see any more gains on it but it really did help solidify my gains (strength, muscle and weight) I got from the Trest/epi cycle. I'm still sitting at around 195lbs and benching, squatting and dead lifting pretty close to what I was when I ended my cycle. so I'm pretty happy with that.

Side Effects: 10/10
- I didn't get any... It was great!

Value: 8/10
- Again, it didn't tack on any more gains for me but I kept everything I gained from the cycle so no one can complain about that.
 
Cool man. I know the aggression and intensity can waiver in PCT, and to not have that "ON" feeling and still move about the same weight is awesome. Keep grindin man, good work.

I did basically the same cycle, with the same PCT except al I have is clomid. Can I use it instead of nolva or do I need to order some nolva?
