Current training routine is a simple 5 day split
Goal with the product would be to increase mental focus and increase longevity during workouts.

Will be running another log but I can tell you this stuff is excellent. Nice to have a new product with a different flavor product. I actually add a pump blend to it to supercharge this bad boy.

About Me,
I am not a writer, I can’t spell, and I did not pay attention in English class.
History
31 years ago I was 25 years old weighed 235lbs and was 5’6” tall I smoked did not work out and was Fat! My wife was pregnant with our daughter and I decided I need to make a change in my life. Over the next 9 months I lost 85lbs quit smoking and started lifting, doing cardio and eating clean. It was a complete life style change that I still follow today.
Current
I am a male 56 years old, weight 184lbs at 5’5” tall. Have visible abs and am as lean as I have ever been. I Lift 6 days a week in the morning and do cardio 2-4 days a week in the evening.

Current routine: PHAT with cardio 6 days a week. (Preparation for special operations)
I would be able to log after every workout.

It won't let me link this log I have going for some reason on my computer or phone. But it's "Are you a Demi God yet".

Updated near daily throughout the whole cycle.

Also with all this cardio I'll need a high stimulus pre workout! Hope I get this chance.

Forgot to add that I have been overweight all of my life. I am finally doing something about it. I have lost 18lbs in two plus months. I am trying to find something to give me the edge to lose another 30-40lbs. I know this is not a weight lost supplement, but I need the drive to keep going. At the rate I was going I might not have been around to see my daughter grow up. I can post three times a week, or more if needed.
