What exactly is a "fast food meal"? What did they eat? Just because someone else prepares your food and does it quickly doesn't mean it's bad. Even if you pick the worst of the worst, say McD's, I find it difficult to accept that 1 meal can be bad for you. Yes it's high in fats and white flour, but so what? You don't have to go to McDonalds for that. It's when it's a frequent thing that it becomes a problem. More junk science.

Is it just the fats or white flour? Or is it more the type of fats and the other additives and preservatives that the meals contain?
