Getting tired of Oatmeal for breakfast..
Add raisins, pecans, and protein to it... Bananas are good in it too. And of course eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, biscuits and gravy. lol

I used to go there after long training sessions with my brothers, there is one across from the Golds Gym where we trained at.. 2 hour sessions followed by 1hr of gorging! Put some weight on fast.

They have some pretty good fried chicken!

I just added protein to my oatmeal. Was I not suppose to cook it together? That was the grosses thing ever! I had to toss it! :P

Just get instant oats and blend that **** together. :D
 
Nuke Quaker instant oats for 1 minute. Stir, nuke another 20 seconds. Cool for 2 minutes. Add protein, raisins, nuts, etc. 1/2 cup dry oats to 1 cup of water.

Lol.. Here is my ultimate protein shake while bulking.

2 scoops of protein, 1 cup of quick oats, 2 Hershey kisses, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter.

Then blend that ****.... Mmmmmm mmmmmm mmm!
 
No Log. I just decided the other day to go with 2 bottles. It was too much of a pain in the ass trying to use 1/2 a pump. Plus it smells good. haha.

I am into my second week and bumped up to 2 pumps. This is the beginning of my 3rd week on a 5 wk halo run. I threw the dermafury in as a kicker. Im definitely feeling full, tight, and the vascularity is good. Its weird bit I was a little lethargic and libido seemed down for the last week. But since I upped the DF it seemed to come right back.

I used to always diet and remained small, wasn't eating enough.. Now that I eat good or big, I grow we'll. But it's also raised my bf, I gotta work on that balance..

Applied Derma Fury for the 2nd time last night, still at 1 pump.. The stuff smells great, makes me all warm and fuzzy lol

In case anybody is wondering the consistency it is pretty similar to Formabolic.. It's thinner than Formeron which I like because the pumps come out evenly and full..

Goes on nice, it's not greasy at all which is a plus.. Some TD"s are, I'll probably pick up some Transform and give that a shot next..


Last night session was quick, did Chest..
Still having elbow pain and didn't know why..
Took a look at it and all around the bone it's bruised up, idk how but it is..

Numbers were nothing great, took it easy..

May do Legs again tonight to give the elbow some more rest time..
 
Derma may be starting to show some results early on.. Despite eating my a$$ off today, I'm feeling quite a bit tighter.. Looking slightly leaner, pumps are looking a little bit better.. Curious to see how it goes over the next week..

Me know pain was still there.. Starting to piss me off quite a bit..

Also felt light headed all day long, left worked early, packed my neck and took 2 naps before hitting the gym.. Joints are sore, not sure why, haven't dosed my AI in a few days..

Wasn't a horrible session, but lacked intensity and focus.. Still got it done however.. Going to get some good rest and hit split sessions tommorow and Sunday..

I was feeling similar to him today, but grinding through is what matters.. Hopefully a little R & R will help us both out..
