Hey there, Ive been trying to get a hold of cust serv but seems I cant get through. couple calls since Monday with over 20 mins on hold. Im not here to gripe about the wait, but my order is still pending. I think I didn't change my billing address when placing the order, billing and shipping is different, and just wanted to make sure everything was ok.

If it's still pending it's probably because your payment wasn't accepted.
 
I had figured so, but I cant seem to get anyone on the phone to fix it.
Yah, I'm sure they are busy.

Ummm have you tried emailing them? Or ask Corbin@Nutra for help.

Anytime I've ever had any problem with Nutraplanet they always go above and beyond. I'm sure they will take care of this for you.

Same situation. My two orders just changed to "processing" about 2 hrs ago so it looks like they're at least moving just reaaaallllyyyy slow.

it probably isn't the payment. nutraplanet is just slow these days. My billing address was incorrect on my previous order and it went through fine, and by fine i mean took a week before the order was even processed. I ordered over the weekend and I'm still pending. The two different products i purchased, 3 of each were "buy now"
 
I did receive a reply to my email. The did say they were just backlogged, and everything should go through just fine. Thanks for the help.
 
I'm sorry i have note been able to get back to some of the problems posted in here. We have been extremely back logged from our Labor Day sale last week. If anybody has any problems still please message me and i will look into them.
