Halo & Cycle Assist Dosage/Timing

I'm starting a 6 week cycle of Celtic Labs Halo Mass (75/75/75/75/75/75) and was curious what everyone's thoughts are on the timing of dosages for both that and Cycle Assist. From what I've read it varies based on time of workouts and meals. I generally get to the gym between 4-5pm so my plan is as follows:

8am: Breakfast - 25mg Halo
12pm: Lunch - Cycle Assist
3pm: Preworkout snack - 50mg Halo
4:30pm: Gym
7pm: Dinner - Cycle Assist

Other support supps that I'll be taking are Orange Triad as well as fish oils. Any suggestions on the timing or any other support supps I would benefit from?
 
I personally split my dose in the morning and before I sleep. I don't think it will make a difference. As for the halo if you do fine at 75 I would bump the dose to 100 and see how you feel
 
Everything looks good. Take the fish oil and orange triad at 3 with your halo. Also gains during week 6 were sht at 75mg, so if you respond good at 75 go ahead and bump to 100 the last week or 2
 
I like to take my cycle support sups about 15 min before the PH.I ran 50/50/100/100/100 for the run I'm on now. At 100 mid week of my 3rd week. I like to take fish oil, milk thistle, flax seed oil, taurine, and co-q 10. Im also taking BSL gear support. Sometimes my BP would feel quite high but not any more. Ive also read some people have experienced slight chest pain so the flax seed and co-q 10 help combat it. I think you can use red rice yeast too. The taurine keeps the back pumps away. Better safe than sorry.

You definitely dont need to stagger your doses of Cycle Assist and Halo, I think thats reading way too much into things. You think every bodybuilder goes to that level of OCD to take their gear? Nah, most dont even take a liver assist product. Take your Halo at AM/PM with your cycle assist, and whatever else you take (multi, fish oil, etc) and be done with it.

Also, dosing preworkout is silly. Hormones do not have acute effects, they work through genetic transcriptional factors which is why theres always a lag between when you start a cycle, and when you feel "on". Some say that test no ester has an acute effect, although in this context it is irrelevant.

So there's no truth to the Cycle Assist diluting/diminishing the effect of the Halo if taken at the same time? I believe I saw that on AM somewhere but could be wrong.

Some people might speculate that based on rodent data or research into milk thistle blocking the androgen receptor, but based on my observations in reality it is completely unfounded. Feel free to take the products at the same time, you will get the same gains.
