I appreciate the opportunity but I've got my name in consideration to log natadrol atm, a supplement I've always heard about but its been discontinued so long! Anyways, I don't wanna double dip here so I'll pass on this chance to log muscle fiber- thank you tho! I doubt you'll have trouble finding someone else to fill my spot.

So seeing that one of the loggers dropped out I decided to enter myself in. The main reason is that I REALLY need some gut relief as I'm on the last week of a 6+ week bacterial infection followed by a 3+ week run of some harsh antibiotics (plural). So yeah my guts pretty messed up, and it shows on the throne.

1 – Your age
20 yo
2 – Training and nutritional experience
5 ish years of training, focused on sports preparation. 2 years of bodybuilding focused training
High volume (30 sets for legs, etc.), hitting everything 2x per week, drop sets every 6 sets. I super/triset everything, and stay on the short side of rest periods (40s-1.5m), so heart's always pumping.
Very involved in my nutrition. I'm aware of the impact different foods have on health, and while I do try to take care of my gut (consuming plenty of fiber and probiotic foods) I probably don't do enough.
3 – Current Goals
Currently looking to add mass. Not too worried about fat gain but I'm trying to keep it on the leaner side. Mid september will start a mini-cut to tighten up and then continue to add lean mass until Feb or so.
4 – How often you can update your log
Expect 2-3 weekly updates. I'll be on the throne a lot so that's the perfect time to update.

I've looked into this Fructooligosaccharide and it's inclusion is interesting. Would this be an attempt to get more Glutamine into our system or simply a means to improve gut health in general or both. Def curious about this one and if it'll cause any gas/bloat ?

FOS (Fructooligosaccharide) is a very cool form of soluble fiber with prebiotic benefits....combined with glutamine, should impact not only digestive health specifically but general health function as well

this should not cause any gas nor bloating -- but, that is why we offer these promo logs, to get real-world feedback from those that are using the products....

Dude you're gonna hate the stuff. I don't wanna see my Orbit brother in pain. Just forward it to my address and, martyr that I am, will struggle to use it on my own so you don't have to.

If anything it will alleviate pain

By lessening the amount of strain

Its hard to speak if these positive effects without it sounding unappealing lol
