My logging will continue here. One day left on cycle then Saturday I will begin my pct. I won't go into details of what products I'm using but will continue to log my workouts!

Day 41 - weighed in at an even 200lbs. That's an 11lb increase in 41 days. BF still hanging around 13-14%. Cals are around 3000-3200 which is 300-500 above maint.

Today's workout - BACK

Wide grip lat pull downs
6 sets to 200

Narrow grip under hand lat pull downs
4 sets to 210

Hammer Strength mid chest rows 3 grips
8 sets to 320

One arm T-bar rows
5 sets to 125. 125 only 5 reps

Meadow rows
5 sets 125

One arm DB rows
5 sets 80, 90, 100, 110, 120

Shrugs
5 sets 180, 270, 360, 360, 360

Ab work

Thank god I work from home today! I'm exhausted... Might need to do a second PWO just so I can function. lol

Day 42 - started pct today.

Workout was LEGS

Changed up the first 2.

Hack squats
6 sets to 410
These went really well!

Leg press
7 sets to 540
These felt better. I found where I need to stop to keep pressure off my spine. Typically I come all the way back til my quads are touching my chest. With L4-S1 fused I can't do that. After about 85-90% back my glutes begin to roll up a little. Since I'm fused in that area the flex is at L3. The angle is just wrong for that and could cause damage. If I stop at about 85-90% then it doesn't start to roll up and hence no issue.

Leg extensions
6 sets to 240 at 12-15 reps per set

Seated leg curls
6 sets to 210 at 12-15 reps per set

All in all a good leg day. Quads and hams were smoked and back feels great!
 
Heavy hacks Turff, followed by heavy leg presses.
 
Agree^^^ strong brother strong! Older lifter question: during a cycle or bulk, how much do you allow your waist to increase before cutting or recomping? At our age it's not so easy to drop the stomach fat!

Until the pants start feeling tight in the waist. I can control my waist by doing cardio(i do HiiT on a recumbent bike), core exercises( front squats, crunches, planks, etc) and diet. On diet, never go extreme by increases cals to much or decreasing cals to much. Everything in 200 cal increments up or down. And I vary my cals based on what I feel I burn or will burn.
When I started my cycle I was on a cut and was at around 1900-2100 cals. I started increasing by 200 a week until I hit 3000-3200. My maint is about 2700. I'm ion pct right now so my cals will stay at 3000-3200 through pct and then I'll drop down to maint. At that point I'll reevaluate and decide if I will run Clen, do another cycle, pin, or stay where I'm at. Even at a surplus over maint I can still manipulate it and not allow my bf to increase too much.

She's doing ok. Getting there. Using a cane now instead of the walker. Hopefully she's able to get out and about today, maybe a movie! Thanks for asking!

Kudos to your wife! Those were some HEAVY leg extensions.. my knees were feeling those.
240 on the machine in the gym sure felt lighter than 200 on a home bench(mine was an old Weider). Other than all the popping sounds my knees are good!

Day 42 - workout #2

Front squats
4 sets 135 15 reps
3 sets 185 12 reps
2 sets 205 10 reps
1 set 225 8 reps

Just couldn't get 245. did too many sets. By the time I got to 225 they felt heavy. Maybe Thursday....if I'm feeling it lol!!

And no movie tonight. She's not feeling it either...maybe tomorrow. I've gotta see Expendables 3 before it's gone from the theater.
 
That's still a strong front squat bro.

285 for 6 is my pr but that's with a few warm up sets, a couple low rep working sets and then hitting 285. After this morning leg workout and then all the reps on fronts I was still happy!

Late but in! This is off the MHD stack right? I think that's the right name?
Yeah. I started with 3-MHD and then on day 20 added EPG Quad Methyl Xtreme. Am in pct as of this morning.

man...feet & toes, calves too - historically and chronically bad cramping areas for me..really weirds me out when my big toe gets a cramp in it, and sticks all sideways and whatnot until it passes, and as it does you can watch the toe slowly ease back into normal position

No. No Clen right now. I am using Magnitropin in my pct along with the FiINAFLEX Revolution PCT and FINAFLEX Mass 550 and of course the Clomid. The cramping is either coming from the Epicatechin or the gentiana ultra extract in the Magnitropin. The taurine will take care of it, just totally forgot to mix it in.

Big toe cramp... Man that can be brutal! People will be looking at you strange when you are stomping your foot with your other foot trying to get it to subside!

not trying to hijack thread turff, but I figured since you like mixing concoctions and whatnot you'd be intrigued by my postWO mix today..
I always use variety of things in this timeframe (well usually anyway - kinda like my workouts themselves, I like to change things up albeit for different reasons than changing the training itself), had been using pop tarts in the mix recently but ran out of those, so for today went to some stuff I have laying around that needs used up....looked like this:

1 scoop Oh Yeah! mass gainer
1 scoop Healthy 'n Fit International Anabolic Muscle
1 scoop (30g) whey isolate
1 scoop Karbolyn
4 scoops CreaTrona

breakdown for this came in @715cals, 110g carbs/3g fat

ate solid meal (albacore tuna & grape nuts) ~45min later

slammin! taste pretty bomb, I like this mix, will use for awhile so I can get these tubs outta my kitchen

So, what do you use for the liquid? Water? Milk?
Almond Milk? How many ounces did 4 scoops make? What were the flavors?
Definitely sounds interesting!
