So would a PCT with formeron within the non-PH dosage range (4 pumps of less. 2 is best) provide the "proper" AI portion of the PCT?

Can you explain further the rationale behind
-- recommend only using Formestane on cycle as an AI
-- don't think it wise to high dose it for its conversion to 4 Hydroxy

Using a strong AI while not on cycle is likely going to lower estrogen to a point that isn't favorable. There's a good possibility that's what happened in the OP's case.

To me if you want to run a PH and are going to be dealing with shutdown you might as well run a stronger PH. 4 Hydroxy isn't really worth the shutdown IMO
