Death Star Labs 4-Andro

I would be interested in going to the "dark side" for Death Star Labs.

I usually work out 7 days a week hitting different muscle groups and getting some cardio in as well. I used to be very large, 315 lbs all fat and about 7 years ago I decided it was time to do something about it. I went on a diet and my new job required my to walk a lot (8-10 miles a day) so at the time that was my only exercise. The weight began to melt off and within 7 months I was down to 155 lbs, frankly at that point I was so skinny I didn't look healthy. Over the next couple years I stayed in the 155-165 range because I was afraid of going back to the old habits and gaining the weight back. Over the last 2 years I have really been training hard trying to put on muscle and reduce my body fat.

I will give honest feedback and provide progress pictures along the way.

Split: 5/3/1 percentages + bodybuilding accessory work (mainly RP sets to failure )

I'd take the 4-andro and tren. Ran hdrol before and didn't like the wetness that came along with it. But tren and 4andro would produce some great strength gains with fat loss.

Diets clean, everything is counted everyday (cheat day once in awhile). I'm also looking to compete next year so I'm trying to pack on as much size before its time to shred for a show. I'd log every day along with feeling, nutrition and workouts.

I have a few logs on here that I gotta find.
 
The tren and 4andro does sound like a sweet stack

Training Experience: lifting for 6years now, fasted am cardio 3-4x a week


Diet: keto diet with one refers day a week.

In for this

I just turned 30 in June and now that the summer is over it's time to really get this body back in too form. I like a 4 day split and keep all my lifts to a 8-12 rep range. I weight 180lbs. Not sure of my bf% in the mid teens though. I have been running about a 5k a day so that will be steadily decreasing. Il have to think about my stack and decide what fits my goals the best. I have done a few cycles in the past mostly 1-andro based and a epi cycle I have averaged 5-8 each after pct. great opportunity here.

vince - aren't you currently logging a promo opp for m-sten? you may want to make sure all companies involved would be okay with you running multiple steroid compounds beyond what their product contains, as it will skew results for those individual products...

Goals: Lean mass for a little while before I do an aggressive mini cut to get rid of the little fat I have, then back to lean bulking

Training Experience: Been lifting since i was 18 or 19. I have ran many programs in the past. Currently, I am in the second week of my second cycle of the 5/3/1 bodybuilding template. I also do some cardio on my off days. Usually HIIT twice a week.

Diet: I carb cycle. I feel as though this is the best approach for my body. My weekly intake is slightly above maintenance.

Past Cycles: I have ran 2 or 3 CEL cycles back in the day. I know about cycle lengths, dosages, supports, PCT etc. I have not used anything in a few years though.

Why you should choose me: I have logged on other websites and think I do a good job. I will be detailed with what I put in the log and update 4-5 times a week I lift 4 days, so I will at least update on those days. Also, I am honest and provide honest feedback on the product(s) I am using.
