How to to off cycle?

Hey guys i have about 1 week left on Core Alpha and it has been great but i just found bottle of Follidrone laying around and i want to run this next, how long should i take off before i start to pop these pills? Also i can't pick if i want to run Follidrone or PES erase pro?????

I love PES Products. Have you even taken EP by it's self? Like a solo run

You could stack EP + Follidrone and no need to wait :D
 
I'm afraid to stack them I feel like the gains would be out the roof hahaha.

Could you break down what each one does. I'll stack them if I get more info. I know EP is a estrogen blocker and follidrone is something to do with epi (-) hahaha

No the gains will be epic I can't wait I'm afraid to see what the outcome will be. I have the bottles I just need to finish Core alpha
