I don't think so. You'll be using less than sub maximal weight the last week, and be back to heavy lifting the start of pct to help "solidify/maintain" strength. I wouldn't ever deload in pct. That's personal preference. "Deload" week before pct, lift heavy through entire pct and post pct. Then switch programs.

It makes sense, after I was forced to deload from knee issues my squat jumped.

I'm at 75 and probably going to hold it there. I've seen almost no sides at this dosage and my strength and weight are up. Other than a slight increase in aggressiveness and slight acne I have been side free.

BTW, up to 238 as of this morning, so I should be over 240 by the end of PCT assuming I don't lose weight then.
 
De-load is good for relaxation of the CNS as well. So smart move my man!
 
Today is the beginning of my lifting week, so I'll get to do my upperbody strength workout today. Lets see if I can break some PRs!!!!!!!!!!!!

I go to OU, but I do not play any sports. Was actually in band in highschool.

I'm going to try and see if I can row 245 for a set of 4 or 5 reps. Also, I want to see what I can press, but my metrics are all thrown off by the lack of dumbbells at my school GYM. So I don't know what two 115LBS dumbbells equates to on a bar...
 
Had a great strength workout!!! Didn't bust a PR on rows, but I did hit 235 for 4 on bench so that was great. To think when I started lifting 135 was hard for me.... I spent an hour and a half in the GYM, and I hit the hour mark without even noticing.

Hopefully tomorrow I can break 425 on a triple for deadlifts. If only I could get my shoulder to stop getting funky when I'm doing power cleans. I've been able to break 225 with only a couple weeks of training them, so there is no telling where I could be in a few months. Plus, they're just a fun lift to do!

Does anyone have an idea of how much of a strength and weight drop off I can expect once I start my PCT? I'd be real POed if I lost like 10% on all my lifts....
 
Got in a great hip dominant strength workout yesterday. I was able to pull 405 for a few sets of 3 and one of 4. I've been having trouble maintaining a neutral spine at these weights, so I figure the best way to work on that is to just keep pulling heavy weight.

Weighed in at 239 this morning, so that's great.

Did a few powercleans till my shoulder started bothering me, but I figured out how to better protect the shoulder during that exercise. Its hard to do on a clean, but maintaining a packed shoulder helped a lot with not aggravating it. Today will be a back and shoulder hypertrophy day, so I hope to get some good volume in on this last week of my cycle.

I had a great back and shoulder hypertrophy workout today! I got a sample of Contraband from Iron Forged Nutrition and it was great. Wasn't super stim filled, but it gave me amazing focus. I'll have to get a deal of it as soon as I run out of what I'm using right now.

I can't wait to start cutting. I've gotten kinda chubby....

Today was my second time using Contraband and I had a great knee dominant strength workout. Did narrow stance back squats with a 2 second pause at parallel and it was a great quad killer. Did walking lunges for the first time in a year. I forgot how hard those are on both the quads and the posterior chain.

Tomorrow will be my last day to lift on cycle, and I can't wait! Chest and arms hypertrophy. I must be the only guy at the school GYM to do these muscles at the end of the week.

I've been fortunate to have almost no sides other than some slight acne and some stomach pain at the beginning of the cycle, so from where I am standing this cycle has been quite successful! I kinda wish I had bumped to 100mg, but I am happy that I have not had any sides and I wanted to keep it that way.
 
I really didn't notice a difference with halo at 75 vs 100
And tyga got it right , you do have a solid base. I don't ever recommend going to a cut right after a cycle. You a very likely to loose a majority of the gains you made
 
It's 4 days into my PCT and I think I've dropped about 2 pounds so far, but my strength is only slightly down. I've been super lethargic in the mornings, but it usually gets better around 11.

Anyone have any idea when my weight should level out?

Thats really diet dependent but how much weight did you put on in total over the cycle?

I gained about 15 pounds. Went from about 225 to 241, and I am down to 239 right now.

Should I hold the calories around 4500 for the first week and taper from there? I'm not sure when I can start cutting without dropping gains.

I would guess you may loose another 3-4 lbs depending on your PCT protocol due to glycogen loss
 
Keep the calories where they are at. Now, you're trying to maintain and hold onto what lean tissue you accumulated from the cycle.

Don't cut calories in PCT bro
 
Haven't been logging since school has had me super busy. I've dropped to training 4 days a week, but I doubt that will hurt me at all. I have been weighing in at a consistent 240 pounds or slightly over. My strength was down the first week, but I have been increasing weight this last week. For those not counting, I'm on week 2 of PCT.

I wonder if my steady weight and strength is a sign that my testes never stopped producing testosterone completely. I've dropped calories to 500 over maintenance. The 1000 over maintenance while on cycle was a bit much for me off cycle.
 
Bro, this is probably too late... but i'll chime in anyway.

You're basically wasting your time with this cycle. What I mean is, you're following the wrong path. You want to make some gains, I know, but Halo-X is the wrong way to go about things. What do you hope to accomplish from this cycle running a cheap knock off altered compound based on oral turinabol (the actual steroid)? You'll finish this cycle, run your PCT< and months downthe line, you will eventually lose all your gains from it. This goes for every single steroid/androgen ("prohormones" included AND SARMS) out there. Don't believe me? Read on.

There will be people who will insist that they kept their gains from prohormone cycles, but these same people are merely judging by the scales. They forget this is meaningless. They forget, it's the way they look in the mirror that truly counts post cycle. The reality is, no one ever keep steroid gains. Particularly from a little oral cycle.

If you're going to do this, do it properly.

Run testosterone. Enanthate is my recommendation. It's better than this junk you're running that is liver toxic. "PCT" is ridiculous. You THINK you're "restarting" your HPTA and that you will in return secure/keep your gains doing this. But the reality is that, once a steroid stops binding to a receptor (when you discontinue use of Halo-X), you cannot, ABSOLUTELY CANNOT keep the gains. It's physically and medically impossible. No one ever truly does. Over time, you will lose it all. Mark my words. You'll also have suppressed your natty T, and you will be right back where you started.

If you want to use steroids, use Testosterone as a base at least. And be prepared for the long haul (consider cruising, or running regular cycles that will ultimately cumulate to blasting and cruising or HRT depending on how you want to look at it, or how long you decide to stay in bodybuilding). Because ultimately when you lose all your gains from this oral cycle, you'll be worse off than you were before as a natty because your testosterone production will be worse off than it was before you decided to use an exogenous hormone.

Mark my words.

I wish this would be stickied all over steroid forums on the internet so less people waste their time taking 3 steps forward and 10 steps back with their bodybuilding endeavors and health.

before everyone wonders... I'm not a natty crusader. I'm just a guy who knows the truth and is trying to help as many people as I can.
 
Just started week three and my dumbass dropped my bottle of Nolva. Luckily it looks like there should be enough left to finish the cycle.

I feel like my strength is just a hair lower than it was when I was on cycle, and my weight is holding around 240. I can't wait to start cutting!!! I plan to do a week or two of maintenance calories after PCT and then start dropping calories. Long term, I'll probably do a cycle of some sort next year before spring break and do a bit of recomp, but I'll be doing a slow cut before that.
