rule number 10 dont take rest days

I don't care what this guy says you need rest days and deloads, you can feel yourself getting bigger when you take them. Ya maybe you don't need them when you're juiced to the gills but natural bodybuilders need rest days and deloads period.

I don't think he was saying don't ever take rest days. Instead, I read it as him saying, don't schedule rest days in advance, since you may not really need it when that day of the week comes around....which I completely agree with. I personally only take rest days when my body says that I have no "fresh" muscle groups available to be trained. Otherwise, something is getting tore up every day of the week.
