Sean's Powerlifting Journey

Yessir. I'm flat footed and didn't like them, though. Sold em to CincyKiller. He likes them.
Dick's is selling 2's for 99, should I bite?

too late!

Nicccccce! I just can't wear Nike. It's a good shoe.
I have arches, so I should be good, if not I'll just resell to a friend.

Your close stance pause w/ 395....just wow. I think that might have been one of the most impressive feats I've seen in a while honestly.

It's been quite some time since I've been in here. I see you're doing well. Besides the shoulder? I can relate, I messed up my right shoulder pretty badly...how you ask? Sleeping on it...

I'm fairly happy with only having trained in a belt once in the last 6 weeks.

555. Hip health and technical flaws get in the way pretty easily for me. Still have work to do.

Also ran 2.5 miles this morning and only had a scoop of protein prior to training. Woo

You'll lock it all in. As proficient as you are with seemingly every movement it's only a matter of time

Sumos looked good on instagram.

Thanks, G!

I dunno what to play with today..

I'm in the gas industry as well (engineer not welder). Hot tapping is crazy stuff! Definitely a pucker factor!

I consider myself an associate of the gas industry. Especially if I drink a lot of milk or lay back some alfredo.

Sean, that beltless triple at 535 looked like cake. By the time the comp comes around, you're talking at least 575. I've actually been forgoing my belt a lot these past few wks of the Cube on deadlift days too. I figure if I don't feel that I need it, no sense in running it, right?

Is that a fork?

Edit: crap I see it is a bent butter knife. I have a bought of that tonight myself.

Some fancy sort of butter knife thing that comes with serving dishes for fancy people.

Pecs, ant delts, bicep, and subscapularis. My Bicep had all sorts of nasty **** to scrape out.

Nice, I go for the lat tie in too. I think doing that has also been a part of my help in shoulder health

I don't have any trouble spots per-say I was curious if was to try it, if it would fix a problem I didn't even know I had. Kind of like when Sean first told me to start Stretching and it's been one of the best things I've ever started doing

If you don't have a problem, I wouldn't bother. My shoulders are so out of position, and even sleeping wrong, makes my pec minor have a more rough texture than ruffle potato chips.

Slept on my shoulder last night. AC joint felt like crap. Felt stable at least.
