I usually only eat meats at the buffet.. Fish, chicken, beef, etc Until I'm stuffed and then eat a bit more lol

Dont know how you stop at 4 slices. When I eat pizza I usually go full yolo and then regret it
Workout today was chest Bench 135x10 205x10 225x10 250x5 275x3 295x3 <--- happy with this 315x1 185x15 Incline bench 135x10 185x10 205x8 225x8 135x25 Incline flys 25x15x3 Peck deck flys 3 sets of 10 Great lift. 4 slices of pizza after with 2 cookies. Cheat meal, I earned itlol

LEG DAY high rep Front squats 135x10 185x12 225x10 135x20x3 Leg extensions 150x15x3 Ham curls 150x15x3 Calve raises 180x15x3 Leg press 660x15x3 Leg pump was intense! Legs are going from small....to medium! Lol
I was thinking of trying High Reps on Leg day myself..
Just shoot for 100 reps or so at 135...
Leg Press for 100...
Lunges or Extensions and just crawl out of the gym..
Minimal Rest Periods etc

today was bad. Didn't feel good, weight felt heavy, joints aching from AI (ya I'm lowering the dose), so tired all day, cardio sucked, just a ****ty day. We will see how tomorrow goes.

the ai could be the reason for the tiredness as well... probably a day or two to get levels back up a bit and you'll be back on track.
