ALCAR dosage and stack?

Ive read about ALCAR and some stacks associated with it. I cant really find any definitive dosages though. I have used the ALCAR+ALA from wal-mart. Its a 2 pill dose, each dose is 800mg ALCAR and 400mg ALA, twice a day for a total of 1600mg ALCAR and 800mg ALA. The bottle lasted about 2 weeks. I liked the effects, by the second week I felt more mental alertness and it feels like i have more motivation to get up and do things in the afternoon/evening.

I'm mainly looking for focus, mood enhancement and alertness.

I want to build an ALCAR stack and buy bulk. Can any of you advise me on what to stack with ALCAR, how much to dose, and reputable brands/places to buy? Im sure I can find pretty much any of it on ebay, but would like to hear about other places to buy that you have had good prices/experiences with.

Any bulk ALCAR is hard to go wrong with.

SNS has bulk powder forms at great pricing

As for what to stack it depends when and for what purpose you plan to use it

If just looking for the cognitive benefits look into SNS focus XT

If pre workout add it with a product for that purpose, many have cognitive and focus effects
 
I have half a tub of Focus XT sitting in my pantry. I say half of a tub because I kept trying it, hoping it would do something for me, but nada.
I want alertness, focus, mood enhancement.

It's effects are more pronounced with prolonged (1-2 jugs, 1 scoop daily) usage. It's acute effects should be slightly noticeable, but I've enjoyed it the most with consistent dosing.

1-2 g should be good for cognitive effects. Primaforce is what I've used in the past.

It has Alcar in it, so the effects you got from the walmart brand shoukd at least equal Focus XTs
