Today was a so-so type of day. I went into the gym as soon as it opened at 5AM which is not when I usually train. So I was halfway groggy and still felt like going back to bed and then Nitramine kicked in decently well for the beginning of the deadlift session and by the time I got to squats it had changed ove rto the usual sweating, heart racing/pounding, extreme lack of endurance/barely able to catch my breath especially during the front squats which really pissed me off. I haven't done front squats in nearly a year so I needed to feel them out and 165 should have been a decent test but I gave up after 5 reps because my breathing was off and I was over it. Unfortunately I'm leaning towards giving Nitramine a negative review because I've had more bad experiences on it compared to good. I didn't get any HIIT in which is what I'm really missing this week and mentally its making me see things in the mirror... but bodyweight has been extremely consistent at around 240-242lbs. I'm planning on getting another video shot this week talking about the ActeoFIT ingredients and pretty soon it will be final review time!

Getting back at it pretty strong. Taking off a week leaves me winded doing exercises, especially front squats where your core has to stay tight and compressed.

Yea it was an unintentional training break... my wife is very persuasive at making me stay home especially with her big ol' belly poking out lol. I've decided that I need to start doing deadlift sessions at the other gym. The one I trained in yesterday the plates are hexagonal instead of round so it makes it difficult to doing a dead stop rep scheme because when the weights come down to the usually one side will shift causing the bar to pivot slightly. Round plates are the way to go. I could have had more reps (I really wanted to get to 10) but halfway through I had to set the bar down, readjust the bar position, and reset myself which just completely takes you out of the mindset. Hopefully tonight I can pop in for a benchpress session and get in a full 10 sprint cycle HIIT regiment.

We have those hex plates at my gym as well. I hadnt really thought about the difference between the two but that makes sense.

Have a great weekend brother!

Interesting note on the over 50 days... they should be right at a 25 day supply each bottle, but maybe our customers are getting a little extra for their $!

Your workouts are killer, love the way they are constructed

I've had a low of powerlifting and strongman friends who love that program.

It's pretty good. Cube was great but very taxing. Sheiko was definitely my favorite overall but its only good for competition prep but definitely got a lot out of it. Very heavy weight, 80-97.5% of maxes, low rep lots of sets. My legs got the biggest from that program alone.

I based my program off of the principles in 5/3/1, really is an amazing intermediate program

Im surprised to hear that, most huge legged dudes I know recommend a lot of reps. Just shows everybody is different.

I may need to go back to a 5/3/1 template for my big 3 and then do my typical BB split around them.

Apologies for lack of updates. I have had some interesting developments the past few days :) Just found out that if nothing happens naturally by next Wednesday that my wife will be induced... so I will become a father sometime next week! Between work and then going home to cook/clean for my wife I haven't had much time for the gym and it looks like that'll be something I'll have to get used to for awhile! As addicted to the gym as I am I'm fairly certain my daughter will make me completely forget about it for awhile! I have a few days left with Test Factor but I don't think I'm going to see any huge changes from now until then so I will be making my final review sometime this weekend. I never got around to sitting down and talking about ActeoFit or any of the other ingredients and thats my fault due to lack of time. Final review should be up by Sunday at the latest! I can't believe that I'm going to become a father next week... that reality still hasn't set in!

Conversely... since I've stopped Sheiko and returned to Cube and then back to 5/3/1 I've actually lost some size in my legs. Every one responds to training differently :D

Have a great weekend, soon to be father!

Apologies to all that I have not done my video yet... I have been kind of busy lately :-)

Enjoy the new addition to your family!! :)

FINAL REVIEW - THE WRITTEN KIND

So just a little over a month ago my world was completely rocked with the birth of my first child, my daughter Emery! With all the emotions that came with the joy of bringing her into the world my priorities have suddenly shifted and my schedule has become crazy. I considered myself a gym-hungry monger who was always poised to get back into the house of iron the moment I stepped out of it from a training session. I've only lifted 3 times since my daughter was born and it has taken a toll on my mentally and physically :( ... but I wouldn't change anything about it! I know I'm a little late with my final review but I just now FINALLY got some free time to actual sit down and write up a competent and well-thought review rather than blasting through it and just saying 10/10 would buy again...

THE GOOD

Big thanks to MN for allowing me to log this even when you guys knew ahead of time that I was expecting a child and the review process could take awhile! I was lucky enough to receive 2 bottles of the new TEST FACTOR, each at 100 count. I took 2 caps twice a day which gave me a nice well rounded 50 day run. The effects weren't noticeable right off the bat and took awhile to generate. Once they shined through they stuck with me the whole rest of the log. These positive benefits included: better sleep (unexpected), slight increase to vascularity, slight increase to muscle tightness/fullness during & after training, much more noticeable muscle fullness post workout including DAYS post workout, some mild water weight flushing was seen especially right in the middle of the log when I described the skin tightness... seemed as though the space between muscle to skin was less? I don't know thats hard to describe. It felt great. Almost like a constant 1g agmatine pump :)

THE NEUTRAL

There was no noticeable difference to muscle strength/endurance. I don't quite attribute this as a downfall, but I don't see it as a positive gain either. I wasn't really in the middle of any sort of training mode (Cube/Sheiko) so I wasn't going balls to the wall all out lifting for power either so it was hard to discern if there was any real strength gains made or not. Endurance was hit or miss and I chalk this one up to mainly the preworkout or lack of preworkout for my gym days. I used to consider myself a preworkout junkie but at this point almost anything I take doesn't seem to have any effect on me anymore, stim break or not.

THE BAD

While I wasn't caring much about this (not much goes on in this department when you are anticipating/have had a child) I didn't notice anything in terms of libido like some of the other loggers. Nothing different was happening "in the morning" and I wasn't finding myself any more easily aroused or in the mood. While thats always a nice little bonus to have with this type of product it wasn't something I was aiming for. Take it or leave it.

OVERALL

I've taken a few tests boosters over the years and while they all have slightly different attributes they are generally trying to attain the same end result. Nothing quite beats the feeling of being "on," either by orals or injectables... all while natty test boosters try their best to get to this level it just isn't the same. However with the being said anyone looking for a modest bump to their workout routines and trying to get that all-day muscle pump that will last for weeks (as long as you are popping TF) and give you that motivation boost in the gym then I would have to highly recommend TF. It was definitely better than nothing/placebo... I just wish I had taken a strength gauge prior to and then attempted to set new PRs at the end to see if there was a strength gain made. Maybe I'll have to buy some more and try again.

Molecular Nutrition has been one of my favorite and most trusted companies and their products deliver and the New Test Factor fits right in!
