Hey all !! I'm 38 been working out on and off since high school last 3 years more dedicated . Did the hiit for about a year and have switched to gvt for last 3 months . Tired sore not seeing any gains think im actually going backwards . Took a break this week to rest and try find some help from anyone better educated as to what I should be doing and for how long . Just looking to add some size and drop body fat % . Any help would be appreciated .
