Who has one? I know someone here does all of their nutrition from MyFitnessPal and Barcoded food!

So much easier to track what I eat. I've added my own recipes too, but not sure how accurate the serving are lol
Lol that's the hard part. Accurate servings.

Lol what about it?

The only thing that's a bitch and a half is finding/gauging serving size for cooked portions. (i.e. cooked pasta or beef).

I know, bro.

Best trick I've found (for large quantities) is to weigh it out frozen first (for beef) or uncooked (pasta) and then weigh it again after it's cooked. The ratio of uncooked to cooked is what I multiply my portions by. For small quantities, I just weigh it out frozen or uncooked, which is way easier but makes cooking 5x longer.

There really should be a db of calories for cooked goods.

No joke. I usually cook it all up individually and then weigh it...

Takes forever lol.

Cool all meat then weigh it. Some meats cook down a lot, others not so much but cooked weight is cooked weight. As in what the actual nutrition value is as far as meats concerned. Same goes for potatoes.

Rice and grand are different bc the length of cooking them and hoc much water can add to the size. I still used cooked measure for everything but cream of rice and oats though.

You've got to be able to multi task. I only spend about 2 hr a week total time for food prep, cooking and meal separating. I usually have the oven going and all 4 burners being used but I've been doing this for years so it's second nature. I use Tuesdays and Saturdays for cooking/prepping.

Hell yeah!

I could go that route, except I eat dinner with the woman, so I could plan out 75% of meals and do it that way.

I use it, and only prep on Sundays for the whole week. Cook it all up, and since I eat the same thing all the time it isnt an issue adding things. Use to be when I tried to find 90/10 ground beef fried and drained. Getting pretty carried away I am sure with the exact numbers but if I am going to use it for that reason I want it exact.

That would be awesome!

My woman and I are just about looking good.

No competing, as of yet. Haha.

Such a great benefit.

Great sex life, you have a training partner, and you don't get bitched at for eating like a bodybuilder.
