Sorry bro, but it's the truth..



In all the times I've done logs and had life get in the way, never have I once had someone as rude as you post in one. I update it when I have something to post and unfortunately that hasn't been a whole lot. This week will be much better thankfully. You don't know me. You don't live my life. And comments like you made do little but clog up a log with petty bull**** drawing focus away from the product being reviewed. With that said, this log got if to a rocky start, but I'll make sure it finishes strong.

Didn't get in the gym last night like I was hoping, but got about 6 hours of sleep in so I was rip roaring ready to go for this morning's session! I did 531 for bench and deads. The attachments are my rep schemes. I followed the bench with 135x10x3 with only 30s between all three sets.

Thanks guys! It feels good to be almost back to 2012 strength levels, but with a healthy liver and 20lbs lighter. When this log is over, I'll continue my training log. I'll link it at the end of this one in case you guys want to continue to follow my progress.

More guys need to understand the benefits of this great drug.

I use it during calorie surplus to keep fat in check too. Great stuff!

I've seen guys work up to well over 200mcg lol not this guy.

Since I am back into grow mode post show, I might as well throw clen back in lol
 
Yeah right! He's on that there coke diet.

Your only going to see a true 200mcg if it's an underdosed research chem. 150 is the highest I've ever been able to go.

It's definitely come a long way! My upper arms seem to be filling in some more too! It may just be me, but I'm seeing a little more tricep hang and bicep peak on the back bicep shot.

Thanks guys! It's a labor of love for sure! I had the tear drop on my left quad cramp during my third to last set and it's been crazy sore all day.
 
Was going to do this in a little bit, but just noticed your post. Had a great first workout of the week this morning. Going to hit it hard over the weekend as well. Just did bench and some pullups. It's week two of my 531 and strength is definitely still climbing!!!

If you look back at last week's bench work, I hit 275x12, this week it was 290x12. This stuff is definitely on point with strength. I'm thinking that 60 will definitely be where I run it at in the future as well. Sadly, just a few days left, but I've got enough to finish out the weekend's sessions.

Glute Ham Raises on Lat Pulldown Bench

Great workout! Only two more days worth of doses left. Contrary to what you might think with the sparse workouts, this has actually been a good run. I just got back into the 531 so there's some former neurological effeciency memory going on, but I've increased bench over 50 pounds and have added 100 pounds to my leg press maxes. The real test comes tomorrow with deads, since I haven't gained back all my former strength on them.
