XI KT impressions?

Oh, okay. Sounds good. How are you liking the results, if any, thus far?

PCT for 11-kt is going well. I started to really get annoyed with the compound by week 4 because the results diminished after day 10.

After further investigation I realized that 11-kt is more of a stacker and should be used during a bulk phase to regenerate the CNS. Look into 11-bhsd1, which is what 11-kt allegedly suppresses. All it is is a cns stimulator. Unfortunately for me it caused the opposite and I had massive lethargy with it. Even while running EC. I got so discouraged with the lethargy that I started albuterol around the beginning of week 3 (which helped a little bit, but died down).

It was terrible run and I don't see myself running it again.

My pct consists of reduce xt + daa (first 2 weeks) + erase.

I'm currently running lyle's ud2, and my results are good, but I'm going to try an osta experiment in which I dose it specifically for nutrient partitioning during the high cal days and use clen for the low cal days. During the clen days I would run daa + erase to restore hpta function (if any was suppressed; but I'd doubt it since I'd only be dosing 25mg 2 days out of the week)

Okay, wow..very detailed there. Yeah, I've read mixed reviews on 11-kt, so that's why I went the XI-KT route. In any case, look forward to your progress when you hop onto Osta.

I'm on week 4 of UD2. I'm going to throw up a log later today detailing my progress, supps and nutrition.

Currently running EP1C and phosphatidic acid, so I wonder how Osta would add up during the power/carb days.

Awesome! I was even going to ask you about your nutrition plan and you beat me to it. And speaking of ep1c, I just may get that tomorrow on NP since OL is having a massive sale. I've also read good things about PA as well. I'm sure I will try it sometime in the future.

So, how's ep1c treating you?

Ep1c is great. It's my second week and I'm dosing it at one a day. I'm only 150 so I figured I don't need that much. I either dose it one hour pre workout or at lunch with a meal on non workout days.

When I can, I try and dose it with a glass of green tea steeped for twenty minutes since egcg enhances epi's effectiveness.

I've noticed greater recovery and more stamina. I know I'm getting bigger from the PA and the Epi is enhancing it.

I feel if one has the money, ep1c and PA should be treated like creatine with only a few breaks per year. You should definitely grab a few bottles. It's very versatile.

With increased cals, this looks fine, but as I said, XI-KT seems to synergize with other PHs.

And I'd add sodium-DAA to your pct just as a precaution.

Will do, was thinking a formeron and Viron pct but the intro sale at nutra was to good to pass up

X1-KT for me did not start to show much until week 4-5. On a cut I am getting better than expected results. This stuff holds on to muscle like nobody's business.
I am doing 3 bottles of X1-KT with no PCT planned. Sorry to hear 11-kt did not work for you
 
Great thread. Good to AM starting to get feedback on XI-KT.

It is very mild in terms of sides and suppression. it is an exogenous androgen and as such suppression is possible and it's recommended to consider some PCT: OTC is perfectly fine. You can run this longer and if you go higher dose PCT is of course a good idea. No SERM needed.

As far as working best I. Lower body fat individuals this is the first I have heard. However as with so many "leaning" compounds in this business it is always more impressive to see results at low BF... Cuts, striations etc. that's not to take away anything from what it can do for anyone at higher BF.

I had a hard time finding much on xi-kt. It seems like every other thread on it gets deleted. I don't know why... Not all of them, obviously, but I've personally posted in a couple that quickly disappeared.

Man, I haven't lost weight since I started this and my diet is on point. Even added cardio! Might toss in a huge cheat if nothing changes in another week.

That I can't say. I have read people say they've experienced slimming without weight changes, but I don't look like I've "recomped" that much in the mirror. I haven't measured myself. Just by going off my waist line on clothes, its dropped alot since I started dieting ~2 months ago. I haven't noticed a drastic change in 2 weeks. I might have a little more definition in my upper abs, but it tough to say. Seems kinda like I've stalled and I shouldn't have. I'll give it another week though before I make a change.

I did 1mL for 2 weeks. Now I'm a couple days in @ 1.5mL. Was going to do 1mL for 4 weeks, but decided to get a 2nd bottle. I'll prob stay at 1.5mL til its gone. Was really just hoping for some muscle retention. Its still early, but don't know what to think now. :D

Maybe ill get a "whoosh effect" soon. Haha

Wow..sorry to hear about your experience with XI KT. Worked wonders for me for about 3 weeks before the results started plateauing. It is possible that you are a non responder. Might want to step up and try a SARM.

Currently on day 2 of Ostar1ne and damn... she's a beast.
 
I know right...day 9 for me. Going to up the dose to 25mg per day in split dosage.

I heard the split dosage is a little better. Did 10mg yesterday preworkout, 10mg this morning and another 10mg at 5pm today. Thinking about doing 15mg preworkout tomorrow since it's my power day.

yeah, this what I heard too even though it has a 24 hour half-life. I'm going to do 10mg during breakfast and 15mg during lunch.

I had this same experience. I was very disappointed. I have lost 45 pounds over 18 months (while putting on about 20 pounds of muscle) and I have done two cycles of 11-oxo. On my last 8 week cycle of 11-oxo I ran between 600-1000 mg for 8 weeks and I dropped a solid 10 pounds and dropped another 5 pounds in the 8 weeks following. That was about November - Februrary and I tried a 9 week run of the XI-KT between 1-4 ML that ended about 2 weeks ago.

I feel like my chest, shoulders, etc. may have seen some considerable loss in fat - they just feel leaner if that makes any sense. My weight stayed the same and I couldn't lose weight no matter what. I didn't measure my shoulders and chest, but my waist measurement did not move at all. Last week, 2 people mentioned I looked like I lost weight. I don't know what they are seeing...

Of course, I'm at a very high bodyfat %, I probably started around 55% bodyfat in the beginning. Embarrassing and still is...

Love this stuff. Starting Osta when I am about 1/2 way through the last bottle. Give it some time....I noticed very little until around when the first bottle was done.

Good for you Man....keep plugging away. I lost 200lbs in total and sit at about 12% bodyfat. Life is good....keep it up Brother.

11-KT is a CNS protector, that's why your workouts are awesome ;)


Nice. Might have to consider running a bottle for 4 weeks when I run this 1-Andro come bulking season. Although, lethargy was super mild for me last time I used it.

11-KT is a CNS protector, that's why your workouts are awesome ;)

11KT's an androgen, and a modulator of cortisol metabolism through 11b-HSD1 inhibition. While 11b-HSD1 is expressed in the CNS, inhibition of it can't really be described as a CNS stim, though elevated levels are associated with cognitive decline seen in ageing. High levels of 11b-HSD1 are also associated with increased hepatic glucose production, adipocyte differentiation, insulin resistance, obesity and metabolic syndrome.

Kind of on topic.... Would XI-KT make a good 4wk bridge into pct after 6 weeks of trest/dmz bulk cycle?

Or a low dose of OL ostarine....
 
I have had a non stop headache since starting, maybe it's Ebola, but it sucks

Trust me, it's not ebola otherwise you wouldn't be spending time on these boards, but seriously, I would stop using it for a few days and see if the headaches subside.

I was joking, I know what Ebola is and how awful the effects are. Will try advil to see if that helps, if not I'll stop. I've read that headaches are not unheard of on 11 oxo

On my 4th day, no headaches soo far. No nothing so far LOLOL
it's a mild compound, I wouldn't expect to see any results until week 3/4. On a side note, this might be placebo, but I had a boner for like three hours straight.

Hmm come to think of it, I have been waking up to wood each morning since starting... completely agree with you on the 3rd week thing, just trained legs today and did notice a thermic effect which Is probs from TTA
 
Just finished up a solo 6 week cycle at 1.5 mg/day. I can say I'm honestly pretty diss appointed.
Pros - muscle hardness
- crazy vascularity
- huge increase in libido

Cons - no strength gain
- no fat loss
My diet was on point throughout as I work with a coach and basically my weight did not budge the whole time even with him constantly changing my macros. He and I were both confused.
