MN Test Factor and young bucks

still at 185, probably a bit lower in the morning which means I can compete in the 181 class in nov which is amazing! Leanest I've ever been in my life and feeling pretty strong. Did deadlifts yesterday, I will be going back up to 405 nice a slowly while focusing on form and making sure I don't mess up my back. Can't wait to be done dieting and start a lean bulk.

Workout:
Sumo Deads

155x5,5
225x5,5,5,5,5 <- starting point, for form reset. Only going to be going back up!

Took it easy today and was focusing a lot more on the mind muscle connection than usually

Had a pretty good workout today, legs felt awesome and so did deadlifts. Back is healing up nicely and is almost 100%!

already snagged one that came with peak beta+ to store and run later! Slick price on that one though

Noticed a decrease of strength today. I was benching and 260 for 3 was pretty tough and I almost failed the 3rd rep. However I am down ~20lbs with only a 10lb loss on bench, and minute loss on other lifts. Overall I am very impressed thus far!

Workout:
BB Pause bench
135x10,10
185x10
225x5,5
245x5
255x3,3
260x3
255x3

Incline BB Bench
135x10
155x8,8,8,8

OHP
115x7,7,7,7,6

Side Flies
30DB x 12,12,12,12

Overhead Tri Ext
30x12,12,12,12

finished up with some woodchoppers and very lightweight cable extensions.

I feel good, look great, but the loss in the bench kinda sucks but I am surprised that it last this far! I just gotta start benching 2-3x a week again and I'll get it back up

Haha, so many good deals that you cant take advantage of them all!

260 for a few reps is still strong.

The bottle is almost gone! Gonna be interesting to see if the endurance stays or goes away, I hope it stays. Anyways today was really good and I am very happy about that!

Workout:
BB Bench
135x10,10
185x10
205x10,10,10,10

BB Squat
135x10,10
185x10
225x5
245x5,5,5,5,5

Sumo Deads
135x5
225x3
275x3,3,3

after this I just did light cable curls and rows just to move the muscle and get it activated a bit. Hit the big 3 today and it felt really good. I will probably be doing this until I am going onto my next phase!

Today is an off day but I am nearing the end of my bottle and want to give a review before I finish and do the final review.

So my dosing protocol has been 2pills am 2 pill pm with a higher fat content meal to help with absorption (might just be broscience but I've been doing it lol). Now last time I cut I lost a lot of strength and actually ended up with a max bench of 185, max squat of 225 and I wasn't even deadlifting. I've been in a deficit since starting the log and my stats have barely decreased at all, despite the fact that I have lost at a minimum 10lbs.
My endurance went up by 3-4reps on most lifts and I did have more aggression in the gym. My libido did increase for the first two weeks then stalled out. Overall I have been very pleased with this run and have bought another bottle for when winter break comes along in feb with my next x-factor run.

Great feedback. Really looking forward to the final review!

Killed my legs today, did somewhat high volume squats focusing a lot on the quads and staying tight in the hole

Workout:
BB Squats
Bar x 10
135x10,10
185x10,10
225x8,8
250x5,5,5,5,5

Double Pause Squats
185x5,5
195x5,5,5

Good Mornings
95x10,10,10,10

Finished up with a couple sets of various rear delt exercises

Tomorrow is my last day with test factor and it has been a good run! Will post update tomorrow along with final review.

Just ordered my first belt today, ended up going with an inzer foreverlever belt because of their lifetime warranty. Interested to see how my lifts will go with a belt now. Unfortunately I have a retreat friday and can't workout, but next week is maxout week!

Workout:
Squats
135x10,10
185x5,5
225x3,3,3,3,3

Bench
135x10,5
185x5,5
225x5
245x5
250x5,5,5
245x5

Time under tensions Bench (3sec down, 3 sec up)
185x5,5,5,5

Incline Bench
155x5,5,5,5,5

Finished up with a bit of curls

Forever lever belts are serious business! That will literally put up to 50lbs on your squat right there. Ive used my buddy... big thick sturdy, hard ass belt. It'll dig into you and be a training tool you'll enjoy for life.

Looking forward to your review!

Alrighty, so here is my final review! I have two days left and will officially run out on saturday but I will not have the time to write this up, but I will be posting after pictures.

I originally started out dosing test factor at one serving (2pills) a day for the first week to see how I would react to it. Mood and libido went up a bit and then upped it to the full dosage of 4pills a day, two upon waking and two before bed. I've been in a medium-low caloric deficit throughout the whole duration of this log, so the weights being used did not increase. However, the big 3 stayed just about the same despite me going from ~195 to my morning weight of 181 (185 steady during the day). In this sense strength went up, which is excellent! My mentality was more aggressive towards the weights and when I went to go lift I just wanted to move it. This is exactly what I was wanting from this product and it delivered very well. I am 21 so my libido is already pretty high but it managed to increase. One of last benefits I experienced was an increase in endurance, going from not being able to do 12reps without catching my breath to going up to 15 without pausing at the top of the lift.

Overall I would highly recommend this test booster to people who are looking for that extra edge in the gym. The profile is solid and works. If I was to do a cycle of anything I know that Test Factor would be one of the top choices for a part of the PCT. I grabbed another bottle to run for later when I will be stacking it with some other goodies!

AWESOME final review, I'll share that with our FaceBook fans!

On behalf of all of us here at Molecular, thank you for keeping such a thorough and well detailed log. Glad to have another MN and Test Factor fan!

Before / Afters! Wish I was bigger but that's what consistency is for! Wish I could've done them in the same place but I moved and can't recreate the original one

I think with the new AM product review section, you need to fill out a tiny little form thing before you can review a product with no prior reviews...
