Sure thing boss! Ohhhh, were to start!

1. The sleep has been amazing while taking adrenosurge! I used to wake up feeling a little groggy, but about a week into using adrenosurge i started waking ready to go! Still in week 3 and sleep is still superb!

2. I also noticed that i have a sense of calming after my morning dose! It sort of enhances my mood slightly!

3. Also while cutting im currently using various fat-burners! Alphamine, norcodrene, and BPS combustion(great profile btw)! And ive noticed that around week 2, that the fatburners what felt like more potent! They packed a harder punch even though the doses were the same!

All in all adrenosurge has treated me well while cutting! The sleep factor is what i noticed first and it was the most powerful factor to this supp IMO!

BPS does adrenosurge have any effect on actual cortisol? Just wondering cause im gonna introduce a cort blocker in my stack soon!

What do you mean by actual cortisol? It's not the acute spikes in cortisol that you need to worry about; it's chronically elevated levels.

Of course it has an effect on cortisol. It's mentioned multiple times in the product write up. That being said, cortisol is not the evil hormone that it's portrayed to be. There are times when you WANT a high spike of cortisol.

adrenosurge is comprised basically of adaptogens which can promote homeostasis, a decreased sensitivity to stress and stress has an effect on cortisol. rhodiola can have the direct effect of lowering cortisol, while ashwagandha can have a stabilizing effect either raising or lowering of cotisol whichever one is needed.

So how long can one safely run Adrenosurge?

Cool. I'm taking it for 8 weeks alongside my Alphamine, was thinking about extending the Adrenosurge run for another 4 weeks to bring me back to normal.

Ha, should have looked their first! Correct me if in wrong though Rodja, possibly the worst time to have chronic high cortisol levels would be deep into a cut? Because most of the time people use excessive stims toward the end of a cut and stress starts to kick in and then cortisol can potentially rise.

Well, you have to really delve into the myriad of roles of cortisol to get a real good picture. When you eat, cortisol rises. When you take a stim, cortisol rises. Chronically elevated cortisol is only a portion of the picture and I don't want to make any implications that it is the only thing that should be monitored.

btw- nutraplanet has adrenosurge for less than $20. that is a great price for an effective product, imo!!!
 
Final Review of BPS Adrenosurge:

Sleep factor: the sleep on this stuff is good. I noticeably saw an increase in the quality of sleep. It doesn't make you drowsy, but just helps you stay asleep!

Mood: i noticed that Adrenosurge helps you feel more relaxed and stress free, so in return mood enhances!

Dosing: dosing is easy as it gets; take one in morning and take one at night!

Effectiveness: i also noticed that after a week on Adrenosurge, that my morning thermogenic had more of a punch than usual.

Overall, i was very impressed by Adrenosurge! I would find it best utilized when going on a stim break, but it can be used anytime! It is a very versatile supplement! All in all, i would buy again, actually i plan to buy another bottle for the end of my cut, when i go on a stim break!
