Ya I almost threw up getting that 475 off the ground its going to be a fight for every 10 lbs from here on out.

Bro, the last time I went to the driving range I ****ing swung the heads off of two drivers. SMH one was the driving ranges, the other was one of my old friends dad's haha!

I've been using dermastrength for about a week and noticed huge differences in strength. Much more so than ep1c/Follidrone or anything short of ostarine or a full on steroid, fwiw.

Its just a mix of Heinz, brown sugar, cyan pepper, chili peppers, apple cider vinegar, honey

Its a good sauce for chicken even better for ribs. I want to try it with a mix of brown sugar and molasses
